Arby's — Restaurant in Millington

This was about 45 minutes from the time I write this for a review..

I'm not sure why the locked the front door of the building, but I had to walk around to the side, to enter..

I walked up to see if my order where on the online order are being place for people to pick up.. mind you, me and my wife did AN ONLINE ORDER.. not doordash order.

I asked the male there, no name tags, which is needed... if this was my order, he proceed to ope the bag and verify it to the ticket.. the ticket was the wrong order. Then he proceeds to take MY turnovers out of the bag and stuck his hands in the bag, without wearing gloves.. I asked him if it was the said order that I asked for, he then looks into and said it for me to pick up.. while that happens, he was still holding my turnover, I told him, the we ordered then..

Then rudely asked me if it was mine or nice, do I pulled up a screenshot of my order, and verified with him.. then he close the bag without putting my turnover in it.

I'm hard of hearing and I wear a cochlear implant that helps me to hear, my problem with them, is they are rude and didn't take in consideration that i'm hard of hearing...

Just before I left, I asked for some horsey sauce for my beef and cheddar, and saw him talking about me, toward other employees behind the counter, he was smiling too. The manager was back there too.. so, she should had it stopped, instead of letting g it happens...

Corporate, you need to address this and make it better......

Love this place!!!! The manager Michael is the sweetest person ever and the team as well!! In the middle of me placing my order over the speaker my car began to smoke I had no idea what was going on but Michael heard the panic in my voice and immediately rushed outside to rescue us along with a few other team members. We were locked inside the car due to it completely shutting down and going out!!! I really was fearing for my children and I lives until I looked up and he was there literally as if he was a hero. Idk how but he managed to free us from my vehicle which was stuck at their ordering speaker!!! My children were panicking and crying however Michael and his team made them very comfortable by welcoming us to sit inside until help arrived. I feel if I was anywhere else they wouldn’t have cared at all so I really appreciate and thank God for the beautiful caring very respectful young ladies and gentlemen they have running this location. It was a night to remember and I will never run out of thank you’s for them. They did not have to help me but those beautiful people possibly saved my life and all of my children lives. Again thank you all!!! You all have the perfect person in charge and the perfect team to follow!!!! Thank you thank...

If your a recovering addict trying to get back on your feet and your currently in a treatment program that prescribes u methadone don’t let your boss or. Anyone up there know your business because then they will use it against you and discriminate against you I was just trying to work and get back on track with and then my counselor at the clinic upped my dosage on me and it made me and my bf tired and we couldn’t miss work because we was tired that wasn’t something we could do just starting a new job call out so we went into work and then the night manager sent us home an hour before our actual time was supposed to be off any ways but because we was tired we decided to sit in our truck and nap before driving home because we was tired so we didn’t want to risk wrecking a truck trying to drive home but just saying nesha and Amy are shady managers period Amy acted like she understood and was accepting of things but she clearly wasn’t accepting and understanding is she was I wouldn’t be writing this review right now on...
