Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Millville

Went in yesterday for lunch. The interaction was nice. The food was decent. It could’ve definitely been warmer. But I think right now. In this moment, they need to shut down and give the place a deep cleaning and overhaul. First get better lighting, you have a Lowe’s literally about a 30 second drive away from you. As you can see from the pictures everything looks used and in need of replacing. The soda machine has absolutely no flavors whatsoever. You can see from the picture that all the flavors are unclickable. Why is there a box of open chips right next to the trashcan? The trays need to be washed before they are returned to the line. The trash can tops cleaned. Tables to eat cleaned. The back corner needs to be cleaned and organized. Why is there so many paints and chemicals back there? You know what they say about a restaurants kitchen? Check the bathroom and most of the times the bathroom matches the kitchen. See the picture and think about that. After we ordered our food, none of the tables were cleaned and had crumbs all over it. The sauce for your nachos used to be in the refrigerator or near the “salad bar” (also the Salad bar is not being used anymore). It just doesn’t have that feel anymore. Now I’m not here to bash and trash Moes but here to tell them the truth and let them know that they need to fix this or Moe’s will be no more. I hope they take this and address the issues because I want to come back but until these issues are...

If you read nothing else from this review.. let it be this.. "DON"T EAT HERE!". So, I am not 100% sure what happened to this Moe's because it used to be decent, but the last 2 times I have gone here (because I thought maybe the first time was a fluke - so gave it a 2nd chance), it has been nothing but awful. The food is cold, the proteins are cold, grossly dry, chewy and way past their window of "open air" time to be putting them on anything edible. The woman at the cash register is barely comprehendible when she speaks to you so if there are any special requests or comments, just save it because it won't get you anywhere. Also - she told me I can't use a Moe's gift card.... at Moe's....?? Their soda machine barely works and when it does spit something out the looks slightly like soda, its got unidentifiable stuff floating in it.. their ice machine doesn't work.. they keep their customer ice option as a metal pan with a slotted spoon... on the counter near the soda.. which is basically water in a pan after they don't maintain it.. and to boot.. it's remarkably close to their gross bathroom. This is a health departments nightmare waiting to happen. Save your time and your money and just go somewhere else. The management also does nothing to remedy any issues, so don't waste your time with that either....

Used to go here all the time when I worked down the street. Was in the area and said let's go to Moe's. I had the app and wanted to use the rewards for the Moe Mondaya deal but there were 2 people. First the cashier asked what we got, which was weird because it should be written on the item. I told her the items and it was for here and 2 moe Monday deals but I have 1 app. So she said I can use 1. Which is fine we ended to meals. She then said something about added on a drink well I said the meal comes with a drink? She said yes. So ok rings me up and hands us our trays of like 5 chips and 2 drink cups. I said umm side of queso for the meal? Oh you wanted a meal? Umm yes!!! So she didn't charge me for the queso apparently? Was like it's free. Ok weird... so we sit down start eatting and thinking that the first tray was my burrito nope it was not.. it was my guests burrito that I already took a bite out since they didn't label the items... so I hear it's under new owners. The cashier to be honest is hard to understand especially since she has no teeth and has a accent. Be cautious when. Ordering from here from now on. Think I'll stick with the May's landing location from now on. Never and...
