Let me please start by saying that I take these reviews seriously as I too, am a business owner. With that being said I would like to share thee most horrible and embarrassing situation for myself and all the staff of our company, especially for one of my most valued managers on my staff. My wife and I reserved a PRIVATE room with a show for our company party for the evening of March16, 2019. The evening started out right away on a bad note. We gave them an itinerary to follow with a clear timeline. Appetizers @5, show @6-730, dinner @7:30-9 then awards ceremony. Well that would not be the case. Dinner was brought out at the same time as our appetizers. After a conversation with staff the dinner was wrapped up and taken back to the kitchen to sit for an hour and a half. You can only imagine how that turned out after sitting for that long. Show starts at 6. Having a good time, and knowing this is a private event, my staff let their hair down. Well not to mention any names from the show the "ref" didn't appreciate my staff having a good time and enjoying the comedy skit. Unbeknownst to myself nor my wife, one of my staff, who is one of my managers was singled out, pulled aside and was asked to leave the building for having fun while playing along with THEIR skit. Let me say she did NOTHING wrong absolutely NOTHING but have a good time as the rest of us at a PRIVATE event. She was humiliated, and made to feel ashamed as if she did something wrong. I have never in all my years in business and so many private and public company functions have we seen anything like this. My wife and I were so embarrassed in front of our staff. We have the event on video, let me reitterate she did absolutely nothing wrong. We apologize to our staff for the mistake we made to have our corporate party at this venue. I cannot imagine ANYONE giving this "company" anything more than 0 stars. My staff deserve better... so do yours. Service was aweful-food was dried out, bathrooms were dirty and if you hiccup at a private show that you paid for, you are considered of being disruptive apparently. I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion. ...

Shows: I've only been here for Sketch 22, and they have been very entertaining, mostly the reason why I come to Milwaukee from the Chicago area. Other shows are available though I haven't been to them yet.

Food & Service: bartenders are hard working folks with many people ordering, so if you don't get your drink quickly enough, wait a bit more. I recall the last few times I've been there and they have to serve both the customers at the bar AND the patrons in the sketch/venue rooms. Please, give the bartenders a break. As for food, well, they've either take a long, long time to get the food out, or they skip you due to their incompetence or their laziness. I've had problems with food everytime I come to CSm with the last time a no show. Since I didn't want to ruin a night with my no show food order as well as others in my company, I just skipped it. You guys missed a good tip too, so buck up your food service next time!

Misc: ticket people and personnel were cool. They told me where to go if I was lost, and were otherwise big time on hospitality. Other than the food service FU, I've had a great time there.

-2 stars for the food FU, but will still come back for the Sketches and revues. I'll order my dinner elsewhere, where there better service in Haymarket...

If you want awesome entertainment on a lower budget, look no further! Have now been here twice. Great entertainment for the price! First time I went to see a regular show (great for families with kids) and I really enjoyed it! I loved all of the interaction with the audience. The second time I went to the "Midnite" show for 18 and older. Loved that show even more! It was so hilarious that it hurt to laugh later. Every time I come there the staff is very friendly. The bartender last Saturday was very friendly and personable. He was pretty prompt with our food orders, giving recommendations on drinks - thank you! ( I wish I could remember his name but he is great at his job ) The one thing I would change if I could is making it easier for people to find the location. It looks kind of like an old mechanics garage tucked near the back- but hey - I don't judge - I think it works just fine. It's just hard to see from the street after dark! I will definitely keep...
