McDonald's — Restaurant in Milwaukee

McDonald's has their main entrance blocked off due to construction the only other entrance they have is also blocked off and they expect you to come in through the exit entrance which is just an accident waiting to happen and whoever set up the cones and the strings to block off and to show you where to go must have had no idea what they were doing cuz every customer that I've spoken with and every Dasher agrees this is absolutely wild. I was with my daughter who had a mental disability which she couldn't find the entrance which I don't blame her because being in the car with her I couldn't find it either I've never seen construction this bad in my life totally understandable you have to do construction not understandable when it's an absolute hot mess and there's not even a sign pointing to where you're supposed to turn in my handicap daughter called the store at about 10:10 p.m. to ask them what entrance I should turn into as I couldn't for the life of me figure out where to turn in because I couldn't comprehend that they would be so dangerous as to want us to turn in from the only exit Lane so she simply asked how do I enter the parking lot is it through the exit Lane can't find the other entrance the worker literally went are you serious? You pull up to the speaker. Obviously being blatantly degrading my daughter said I can't find the entrance and she goes well I was able to find it so I know you can. She said oh so is there another entrance and she sighs loud as all heck and goes same Road where the other entrance is (mind you the en trance she was referring to is not an entrance it's what used as a exit) so we said okay I'll just go to the main road and go on out there she just laughs sighs like we're the biggest idiots she's ever met and goes up and hangs up. I understand working in fast food can be overwhelming however taking it out on your mentally disabled customers is disgusting to say the least. Last time I'll ever eat or dash at...

Look, your food is usually good, not much of a wait time most nights which is why I come to this location.

But when I pull up to the second window, the last thing I want to see is someone's butt and underwear because he's got his pants belted around his thighs! You like wearing your pants like that at home, that's fine! Not when you're working and bending over to get things from under the counter! It's unprofessional, fast food or not, and you sir looked plenty old enough to know that!

Previous review: I go a bit out of my way to order from here since this is the better of the two closest 24 hr McDonald's by my house (i usually need to get dinner between 1-3am). Most of the time the window people are nice however there is one tall gentleman at the second window who is very rude, never acknowledges you or seems to have any manners. More often than not he just thrusts your bag or drink out to you without even looking. The only time he talks to you is when their system is down and he HAS to interact with you to tell your total/give change. Just now he walked away before I could ask for a straw. It's been insanely annoying when the app doesn't reflect when they're doing their system update letting you still order through the app. When there's a system update going on they can't take your order and unless the developers changed the app you can't...

"Open 24/7"- got here at 2:55am, and the drive thru is blocked off manually w cones. I see 4 employees inside not doing much besides staring at all the cars pulling up.. okay, maybe a shift change or something? 3am... 315am... 4 workers still chillin, watching ppl confusedly pull up for the "24/7" food... 325am.... nothing. Waited at this bogus place til 405am only to watch it remain closed while employees chill inside, getting paid, milking that no-work check game (I guess bc why stay open and work when they figured they can just put up a couple cones to block customers, say we closed, and chill hard). Absurd indeed. Fr tho how is this what's going on? Everywhere posted and advertised online or elsewhere, this location beckons all late night customers to cmon down, as they're open and serving 24/7! It's wild how many customers actually were pulling up the whole time I was here I'd say conservatively 30 to 40 cars- each just as confused as the last. Quite bogus. Quite absurd. But what do I know, right? Maybe 24/7 in mcds lingo means something other than what it's universally understood...
