Man, I usually donât have many issues at this McDonalds- theyâre usually fast, efficient and friendly. But this morning was different. I rushed out the door to get there by 10:30 (official, breakfast end time) but got held up in a bit of traffic- no big deal since I still got there at 10:30 exactly! Just in a nick of time! Apparently thatâs too late even if they took 2-3 minutes to get to my order- which I had already paid for on the app. Honestly, wouldnât have been so bothered by it if the drive thru girl wasnât more friendly about it. She did not say sorry, or express any emotion at all. I had been just a minute or two late, not 10-15 minutes. In the past I feel as though my order has been taken in this situation but the drive thru girl bluntly blamed me solely and said âBecause you came at the wrong time.â In a rude and disrespectful tone. Like there was some significant difference between 10:30 and 10:31. She kept talking over me to tell me I could still have the frappes (didnât care tbh) so I canceled the order. Overall a really unpleasant way to start my day. Who is teaching these people customer service?    Read moreOrdered $40 worth of food, I asked for my quarter pounder to only have mayo, ketchup, and onions, I ordered 220 pieces two value meals, Which were 4 Bâs Only to get parked for 20 minutes, They gave my food to someone elseâŚ.. then brought my food out, reassured me that all of my food was in the bag. No need to check. I got home. I was missing a large fry a 10 piece nugget not to mention. The other nuggets were soggy not fresh at all, and I asked specifically for a fresh batch of nuggets. Thatâs why I thought we were sitting so long. I called to speak to a manager. She was very rude and very unprofessional. I kept my composure. She hung up on my face. I called back and I hear her mumbling in the background. Why does she keep calling here? What does she want me to do to another employee? Iâm going to take this all the way to corporate, because there are people out here who really would love to have her position making money...
   Read moreWaited at curbside for almost 10 minutes (nothing on the menu should take that long), my order was two breakfast biscuit sandwiches and a coke. As I was sitting there numerous other curbside cars came and went, one had a few of the big breakfast meals, not to mention several drive thru cars that weren't in line when I got there got their order and left. I finally go in and my order is sitting on the counter, no one is actually worried about taking orders at the front so I grabbed it myself and left. The ice was melted in the drink so it's not like it was just placed there. I get being busy and I understand when the shift is heavy high school kids, but experiences like this should be unacceptable. Also, no one stopped me or said anything when I just walked in and took an order from the counter.
