I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Wings Over Milwaukee, and despite a minor hiccup, the outstanding customer service and the delicious flavors have left me thoroughly impressed.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the regular delivery driver was unavailable, and the store had to utilize DoorDash for my order. While this resulted in a slightly longer wait time, the situation was handled with utmost professionalism. The DoorDasher was occupied with what I presumed to be other deliveries, causing a significant delay, and turning what should have been a 10 minute drive to my apartment into an hour of hopping around the east side. When the food finally arrived, the fries and wings had lost their crispiness, though I was delighted to find that the signature flavors I've come to enjoy were still intact.
Understanding the importance of freshness and crispness, I shared my feedback with the team at Wings Over Milwaukee. To my surprise, the owner, Brian, personally reached out to me to address the issue. Brian not only apologized for the inconvenience but went above and beyond by providing a credit for my next purchase.
This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. It's not every day that you encounter a business owner who takes the time to connect with customers and ensure they leave satisfied. I appreciate the prompt response, the acknowledgment of my concerns, and the proactive steps taken to make things right.
Despite the initial delivery delay, the flavors of the food were spot-on, reaffirming my love for the quality offerings at Wings Over Milwaukee. I am genuinely impressed with the dedication of the staff and the owner to uphold the reputation of their establishment.
Thank you, Wings Over Milwaukee, for turning a small inconvenience into a demonstration of exceptional customer service. I look forward to my next order and appreciate the genuine care you put into ensuring customer satisfaction.

Read moreMy man and I were scootin' through the slippery streets on the east side tonight when suddenly we were craving...wings...thick, juicy, big momma GMO wings.
Wing Stop is our usual go-to, but again, in all this snow? Nah, we needed some place on the way home...somewhere one goes for baller chicken wings.
We remembered that tiny, dimly-lit wing place on Brady. Wings Over Milwaukee. Never been, but hey, if they got "wings" in the title, they must be good, right?
My god...when I tell you these were the best wings in town...
We mean business about our wings. We have experienced the flavors and juices of every wing restaurant in the Milwaukee area. Buffalo Wild (more like buffalo child), Steny's (small and weak in comparison), MKE Ale House (good, but stick to alcohol), Good Land (good grief at those prices), we have been around the chicken wing block. I won't bore you with the rest of our disappointing attempts to find the perfect wing restaurant because none of that matters anymore. What matters is that Wings Over Milwaukee has won over our hearts. The only disappointing part about our experience is that we didn't...
Read moreLast night (5/2/2022) was my first visit, I was there about 11 o'clock PM and the young lady who was working the register was very nice and pleasant. My tater tots were burnt but my boyfriend thought they were tolerable and ate them. The wings were really good. I ordered a 25 piece and we decided to eat there. It definitely didn't look like 25 so I counted them and they shorted us one wing. I told the young lady and her exact words were "what can I do to make it better for you?" The perfect response from a business to a consumer. I told her I would like my wing. Not only did she correct it, but she brought me 4 extra wings. While we were in there eating a gentleman came in to pick up an order and he also complimented the young lady, stating that she was the only one who works there that don't have an attitude. If management sees this I hope she knows she appreciated, we all need positive reinforcement and words of encouragement. The customer service alone will make...
