🚨 READERS BEWARE 🚨 My wife and I have been coming here for quite some time and this has by far has been the worst experience I've had with any food service in quite some. We picked up our pizza, drove home, and opened it up to see razor thin crust (ordered their regular hand tossed) and a pizza drenched in so much tzatziki sauce the toppings were sliding off while the pizza flopped in half. However, I understand things happen and people aren't perfect, so I gave them a call (respectful as I could possibly be) and kindly asked if they would take mine back and make a new one; to which they obliged. Drove back (through a storm) and the pizza was not made. Fine, no biggie. Wait 20 mins, drive home, and find something far more disgusting than the first one. At least they were consistent because they made sure to get that razor thin crust right on again; except this time they managed to flood (and I mean FLOOD) the pizza with even more tzatziki than the 1st time and get a sloppy pile of cheese and toppings all off to one side, leaving two slices with completely nothing. Crust is so wet and soggy it's inedible. So instead of now trusting them to do it right, again, and driving all the way back for a thrid time, to get a refund, I've made the decision to unfortunately never give them my business again and throw my $40 pizza in the garbage. What an absolute shame. Take some pride in your craft ffs. I'll finish by saying this, STAY AWAY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. They clearly don't appreciate it.

They just lost a customer. It was my favorite pizza spot but not anymore. I had my husband pick up my order for me and once he brought it home I couldn’t even eat it. I called pizza shuttle to let them know there were barely any fries in my box and whomever made the chili cheese fries over seasoned them. I attempted to scrape seasoning off but that didn’t do the trick. The manager was so rude by cutting me off mid sentence saying Ma’am” sternly. That is not a way to handle a customer who politely called to tell you about their issue. He then cut me off a second time. He never apologized for my order being wrong. I could tell he did not want to be bothered due to him being nonchalant and having an argumentative tone. I offered to send him a picture of the food since I live miles away. Spending $10 bucks on a snack I cannot eat is a rip off. It was his rudeness that made them lose me as a customer., and not apologizing. It’s very important to show customers you appreciate their business and you want to keep it. I don’t care if I spent $1 and my order was wrong. An apology is warranted because whomever was in the kitchen tonight tried to kill me by seasoning. You made money off me 4 times in one week first 3 orders were perfect and the 4th was horrible. Y’all do not deserve my hard earned money. I will let other folks pay your salaries. Learn how to treat people. Never again.

I am giving a 1 star review for the sole purpose of there delivery driver , Omar was his name . I was staying at the Hilton garden inn when I had ordered a pizza for delivery. I previously ordered the day before at 145 am and I waited until 330am before I ended up falling asleep due to it taking longer then told ( 30min). I am in the wrong for that but I wish my body would allow me to stay up until 4 am to wait for a pizza that was suppose to be only 30 min with delivery .

Skip to the next day July 12th Saturday I had tried to do it again because it seems to be the only pizzeria in that area that delivered to downtown . I was told to pay over the phone because of the incident yesterday , which I was fine with and understandable .

Upon delivery the male driver OMAR very rudely swearing at me because he tried to deliver me pizza and I didn’t answer because (unfortunately I fell asleep), not even giving me a chance to speak to him and defend my case . Sad thing is he’s not even the sole owner , that’s who takes the biggest hit not him. His teeth were rotting in his mouth and him raising his voice with spit projecting out was completely disgusting . Therefore, I felt out of spite he may have spit into my pizza because of yesterdays incident . I tried to confront his behaviour but he stormed out after dropping my pizza at the front desk and not even directly handing it to me because of his anger . I did not feel welcomed in the city of Milwaukee after that incident.

To the owner if your reading this , he is causing more harm to your business then anything else because of his selfish behaviour . I do recommend you guys not have this man work for ur establishment . I have been working in the food industry for 16 years and never would I ever let this man deal with customers . His actions need to be taking seriously. I don’t recommend getting delivery from this establishment if the only driver they have is him . You will feel threatened and grossed out . I did not eat my pizza that costed me $50usd because I was worried he spit into it .

PS. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN APOLOGIZED BY THE GM WHO WAS SUPPOSE...

Knowing my group would be up on our rooftop for a special event, I asked to prepay and pre-tip to save time. I was told the delivery person would be there at 10:30 AM. At 10:22 I got into the elevator to make my way down to the Lobby. At 10:23, while I was in the elevator, I missed an irate call from a pizza shuttle manager stating that the delivery person was in the lobby at 10:23 but no one was answering my phone (she was calling my apt phone, not my cell phone) and that it was 10:23, the delivery person had just arrived, and he'd have to leave because no one was answering (although he was at the desk in an elegant lobby with a lobby attendant happy to receive the pizzas that she knew were prepaid!!! I got down to the lobby, and our lobby desk attendant who is authorized to receive all deliveries said the person wouldn't leave the pizzas or let her sign my name for them (she knew they would be arriving). I called, and had to wait for the person to redeliver them. Seems to me that the reason I had pre-paid and pre-tipped was so he COUld leave the pizzas with the front desk attendant! And if they were going to arrive early, I should have been told that, instead of being told they would be there AT 10:30. (I was in the lobby at 10:25!!!To make things worse, the two gluten free pizzas were so light it didn't even feel like there were pizzas in the boxes. But they charged me $35 for 2 really small 10 inch pizzas. when I called to complain, the manager was so rude! And even though their advertising says hand made on the premises, turns out these are made at some central other location. Can anyone out there recommend a NICE Place on the east side to order gluten free pizzas that can be ordered in larger sizes and with enough cheese that you can actually sink your...
