My recent visit to this establishment was marred by an unexpected and rather unwelcome surprise.
I found my heart set on the sweet, citrus embrace of a large Orange Fanta, the liquid embodiment of a sun-kissed Mediterranean orchard, its effervescent bubbles dancing like a lively summer breeze.
Imagine then, the crestfallen shadow that fell upon my spirit when, upon the first eager sip, instead of the vibrant, zesty caress of orange, my taste buds were engulfed in the cloying, saccharine ways of the Strawberry Fanta. The shock was palpable, like a discordant note in a symphony, jarring and unexpected. The strawberry flavor, while perhaps delightful to some, was to be an unwelcome guest, a usurper to the throne rightfully belonging to the citrus king I had so anticipated. Each sip, rather than quenching my thirst, seemed to mock my disappointment, the strawberry flavor an unrelenting reminder of what should have been.
This mix up might seem trivial to the uninvested observer, a mere hiccup in the grand scheme of culinary experiences. But in that moment, it was a tragedy. My day was tinged with the tartness of disappointment.

They were super busy with long line for Sunday's evening. I waited for the line to thin out and saw a brand new bath of chow mein and decided to order the Panda Bowl, $8.90.
Panda Bowl, $8.90: one side with mushroom chicken, 1/2 side of super green, and 1/2 side of chow mein. The square bowl seemed bigger then the last time I got it with the round bowl, I'm not sure about the volume of it. Beside the super fresh bath of chow mein, everything tasted and smelled salty. I picked out most of the vegetables, a few bites of chow mein, and the rest went straight to the trash can.
It was a busy food court inside a mall on a Sunday's evening at 6:28:32 PM to be exact! I have low expectations for Panda Express inside a mall, yet this was extremely disappointed. I won't be getting anything from it...

Initially, I agreed to wait for the meat to be prepared. However, I was given rice while the meat was still not ready, and the rice became cold while I waited. When I paid, I was given a fork, although I had stated that my order was to go. The fork and napkin were left on the counter in front of other customers, which is unacceptable in terms of hygiene. When I returned for the remaining part of my order, the cashier told me to take the dirty fork. Only after a lengthy explanation was I given a clean fork.
I believe that the staff at your restaurant should be trained on proper service standards and hygiene practices. Please conduct the necessary training to ensure such situations do not happen again.
