HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Did a mobile order. Parked in our spot. Waited. Waited. Waited. 25 minutes in, a guy brings food out to someone in the drive through overflow spot. We flag him down and ask about our food. Gave us a lot of attitude and said he didn’t know; he would ask his manager about it. 10 minutes later, still no food. Tried calling, no answer. Husband tried going into lobby, doors locked. We get in the drive through line. My son says he thought he saw someone come out with food then go back in.
We called back. By some miracle, some girl with lots of attitude answered the phone. She said he tried to bring it out, but we weren’t there. I told her we were in the drive through because we had been waiting over 40 minutes and couldn’t get in contact with anyone. I told her we were in the drive through coming back around to spot one where we were. Complained about waiting 40 minutes, full of attitude she said, “ma’am we are short staffed.” And she hung up on us.
We get to spot one. Wait a few more minutes, still no food. Call back. She said he went out and we weren’t there, and I repeated, again, that it was because we had to drive around from the drive through. The guy we spoke to earlier brought our food out. We asked for the name of the franchise owner. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know. We asked for the name of the manager on duty. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know. Then he walked off.
So, I would like to speak to the store manager of this location. And if they’re staff was truly so short staffed they couldn’t fulfill orders in 40 MINUTES, the manager needs to answer for this. The manager needs to get his store in shape. This is a failure on the manager’s part not only to his customers but also to his employees, trying to run a restaurant short staffed.
My husband’s drink had NO ice. They messed up the drink order on my kids’ happy meals. And all the food was cold, which tells me, our order was made promptly, but it sat on the counter for a long period of time. Which I’m sure violated health codes as long as it sat out before someone could take 60 seconds to walk it out to us.
I have NEVER been to a McDonald’s that’s has consistently terrible service like this one. This...
Read moreWe are traveling more South and needed a bathroom break, lunch, and a good stretch. Unknowingly,we stopped at a place with a small play place. That was a bonus! The location is disgusting, and tables and floors aren't clean at all. I'm pregnant and needed to sit down, and the table we sat at had pickles on the ground... can't move tables since there aren't any near the play place that are low to the ground for our Autistic 2 year old. I ordered table service, which is SUPPOSED ro mean that an employee bring my food to the table, they instead called my name loudly and almost didn't hand my drink cup over, though I clearly hadn't received it. The play place says the last time it was "cleaned" was 9/8/2023, assuming they mean deep cleaned. But there's another sign that says they close the playplace down every 4 hours to "sanitize." The play place is basically black and gray with dirt. There's no way they clean this often. And for those going to come at me, I've worked at McDonald's in Washington state. I know standards and expect standards. We were here for about 40 minutes, and I never saw one employee even doing a quick clean on tables or anything. The food was mediocre. The fries they gave us were burnt/cooked too long and a bunch of tiny end pieces. They were out dang near all specialty drinks... like TEA! unsweet tea is my only craving this pregnancy and was disappointed by that. Sure, it's a holiday weekend, and I would normally give a pass for that; there was just...
Read moreNever really had an issue with the McDonald’s until last night. Food was kinda disappointing to both me and my boyfriend but sometimes bad nights happen and I get that. However, the lady working the window was lucky I didn’t want to wind up in handcuffs for the night. She was probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever met and needs to learn about customer service. Me and my boyfriend had mobile orders to pick up and he said his code in the drive thru but my app was messing up so we had to go through again which is fine. First time through, she muttered something under her breath as she walked away from the window. My boyfriend and I both knew she said something but we couldn’t figure out what it was. The way she handed the bag through the window she hardly opened it enough to get the bag out. We thought maybe there was a rush and she needed us to hurry. No biggie. But second time through she did the same thing and my boyfriend got the window slammed in his face. I’ve never wanted to go through a drive through window so bad. So incredibly disrespectful. We waited a second at the window for a minute so we could figure the issue out but we were ignored. I left shaking...
