Naf Naf Grill — Restaurant in Minneapolis

Incredible experience. My roommate and I were craving Mediterranean food and stumbled across Naf Naf. We decided to give it a try, and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. It was our first time at Naf Naf, and the lady behind the counter explained how the ordering process worked. She was so kind and patient in answering our questions, and let us sample a few of the foods to make sure we bought exactly what we wanted. The food was DELICIOUS - very flavorful and very fresh. I love Naf Naf, but I would avoid this location. There's one guy here that gives the most absurdly meager portions.

Like, he levels off the hummus scoop, plops it in your bowl, and then wipes most of the hummus back out of the bowl as he smears it around. He scoops chicken and then shakes the spoon so most of it falls off before dropping the measly remainder into your bowl. I don't know if he's the store manager trying to limit expenses or what, but every time I think about going to Naf, I peek my head in to see if he's at the counter and I go to Chipotle instead if he's serving.

Did an online order when I went to pick it up they said they didn't get it. Then blamed me for ordering from another store and they didn't have my order despite having their address in a receipt email. Short while later I called spoke with a manager who apologized for a new employee. I was told he could refund it and their would be a gift card for me just let them know my name next time I came in. 4 days later I call just to save time. No one has any clue about a gift card for me. They took down my number and said a manager would be calling me shortly...no call.
