Wave Sushi — Restaurant in Minneapolis

The rolls look really good, but sadly didn't get the roll that I ordered. I ordered at the self order kiosk and ordered a dragon roll because I normally prefer to have less raw fish when trying a new sushi place. The counter called me by my name and told me it was a dragon roll. This is definitely a spicy tuna roll with lots of raw fish. I work in the area and had to bring it back to my desk and the kisok only had an email receipt option, but my email is too long to normally fit into the self order kiosks, so I didn't bother and now I feel like I can't even return it. Hot, terrible, gummy rice was put in my salmon roll. What??? It literally cooked the salmon and had no seasoning at all. The salmon was extremely poor quality - sinewy and made me wonder about food safety. I threw most of it out. Probably the worst sushi experience I have ever had (and I’m a fan of all-you-can eat places, lol). The ordering experience is also terrible - not one person behind the counter acknowledged me. You order at the kiosk, which is fine, but geez are you training people...

Wonderful! Poke bowl had great proportions of the “good stuff” balanced with the rice. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was excellent - about 2 mins from order to receiving what I ordered. They have 3 kiosks where you can place your own order, which makes it nice if you are undecided and want to look at your options.
