Can I give them a negative zero? I was extremely friendly. Even talked to the guy about how they made pizza like how my hometown made them. Pasta on the pizza and everything. But I said no thank you, I just want regular cheese. Went to the register and got charged 6.XX. I paid, then asked why they charged me so much. The guy at the register said to me "I thought you ordered a specialty." I said that's completely fine, but how did you charge my friends? He said "they can stand up for themselves". This got me really upset. He said "look at the receipt, I voided your order. What pizza do you want?" I said I don't want anything anymore. And his reply? "Good."
Wow. I went to my friends and told them my terrible experience. I was so upset that they overcharged me because they thought I was buzzed, and taking advantage of all other customers. The "security" guy came up to me and asked what my issue was. I told him exactly what I wrote above. And all he said was "I'm sorry." He tried to walk me out and I told him "you can't walk me about because I didn't do anything wrong. If you walk me out, everyone here is going to think I'm just a drunk girl being rowdy" He said "I'm sorry about your experience and I'm not walking you out." I said "that's fine, but if you really believe that you are not walking me out, then you can walk ahead of me." He walked ahead of me to get rid of me. I walked out and closed their unfriendly door.
What got me the most upset about my whole experience is that when I tried to stick up for my friends, who trusted those workers, they told me to worry only about myself, then practically told me to get lost. I would've been happy if they acknowledged what they did to my friends was wrong but instead they played with morals and I truly believe they are okay with it. It's funny that such a "family run business" can be so terrible to the general public. But to...
Read moreI was out of town visiting my friend and she wanted me to try their Mac N Cheese pizza slice. We were at a bar next door and stopped in with a few friends and ordered a box plus two slices. The employee rang us up and alarmingly told us our total was $140!!! Not only did he ridiculously overcharge us, but he would not take card and insisted we pay cash! When I confronted him of the price, he proceeded to barter with us and said he “would give it to us for $90 instead”. Our tab should not have been anything over $60 (as their prices are on the expensive end). I felt the employee was extremely out of line and tried to take advantage of us because he thought we were “drunk”. Please beware that there are similar yelps/ratings with the same complaints. This business knowingly steals money from their customers and they should be reported to the BBB and shut down. This is a huge disappointment and we will never be going back and hope no one has to deal with this type of service again. I highly recommend steering clear of this place unless you want them to steal your money. The employee who “serviced” us from Saturday, March 31, 2018, around 12am, should be fired and learn how to make a honest living. Unless your pizza has gold flakes and diamond dust as seasoning, don’t be charging $140 for 12 slices of...
Read moreMy girlfriend ordered one pizza slice, 4 bottle of waters, and a pot pie. When she got to the cashier they ended giving her a whole box of pizza, with the 4 bottles of water, and said it was over $60.00 some dollars. Basically they were trying to make her pay for other orders that she didn’t order. They kept insisting that is what she order and she said she didn’t. Our other friends not knowing what was going on decided to just pay it. My brothers and some other friends jumped in saying that there must some misunderstanding and they didn’t order that much. The security guard ended up escorting us out when we got loud and upset. Do not go here! They will rip you off and overcharge you for food that you did not order. I’m going to straight out and also say they seem to be targeting people of color as well. Before my incident I saw that three black men were escorted out right away once they got their food and they replied, “we didn’t do anything!” But one of them just said “yo let’s just go.” They left before anything else happened. I’m just very disappointed that this happened and that it has happened to others. I notice this is a hot spot for a lot young people during the night time, but there are way much better places than this. Don’t eat here,...
