The Office Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Minneapolis

I’m giving this place 1 star because of the whole experience. My girlfriend & I are big “Foodies” & like trying new places & gave this place a try. The flavors & seasonings aren’t tasty at all & you can probably make better food at home. We ordered Nachos, Cheese curds & a office burger & fries. The Nachos I received only came with lettuce, cheese & corn.. & when I asked about the other ingredients the bartender said she doesn’t even think it comes with all that .. until she read it out loud & then went to check in the back. When She came back, she said they were out of the rest of the ingredients & when I asked if she could dock it because of that or replace it, because I don’t like it/ want it she said NO! & The cheese curds were trash, there’s so many better spots with way better cheese curds. We were being polite & talking to the bartender & trying to make something work by getting different food or have her dock the price but she insisted she’s not doing that & then said that we couldn’t leave until we pay for the whole tab ?? We never even mentioned that. I recommend if your looking for a burger, drinks, bar food, Nachos, cheese curds or to try a new place, DONT GO HERE. Or if you do, tread lightly because you may be disappointed & treated poorly .. The office is trash, overpriced with below...

Had very rude service: We were there for a few hours drinking and eating. We made friends with some people that bought us some beers. We had some beers mysteriously show up so we thought our friend bought them. We got the bill and they were on our tab. We asked about it since we never ordered them and the bartender got an immediate attitude. We tried to explain that we never ordered the beers but she wouldn't let us talk; she kept interrupting and telling us how many we drank. We were never arguing the amount of beers we drank but she treated us like idiots who couldn't count. I also never had the intention of asking for a refund. I simply wanted to figure out why we were served drinks we nor no one around us asked for. We gave up and paid the tab with her with cash. She came back a few minutes later after we'd already paid and continued arguing with us, though we clearly considered the matter not worth the effort. She even went as far as pulling our beer cans from the trash/recycling to show us how many we drank. It was very unprofessional. I won't be returning, not only because of the service but because of the over-inflated prices. We could have had a nice dinner elsewhere for what we paid for drinks and some...

This is your neighborhood bar full of locals find Tonya, Nicole, Brad, Greg, or Jessica behind the bar or the amazing servers on the patio! Stop in for the best happy hr where else are you going to get kettle on for only $5 try the amazing BBQ nachos or the wings, great sandwiches, burgers, or salads! Perfect place to come with 2 friends or 20 sit at the bar or the great covered patio! All are welcomed and embraced here, it's my home away from home everyone should stop by...
