I'll start off by reviewing the good which is the service. The staff is extremely nice and pleasant and are quick to refill drinks and come back with questions and clearing plates. Which is fantastic.
The environment of the restaurant is cool. It's on the smaller end, I was surprised to only see one bathroom.
The food overall is not that great, I've for sure had burgers at much better places. Actually just about any place has a better bigger. It's nothing to tell anyone else about.
In terms of reservations if you need to book a table with more than 4 people you have to call, they should note that on their website. They really want you to book a reservation and prefer not to do walk ins. This was a little difficult and disappointing with our party of 12 requesting to sit by each other and not being able to, because we booked 3 reservations online of 4 people. We had to choose time slots 15 minutes apart also.
Once seated we were all spread out and not allowed to put table togethers and sit by each other even though there was space and the restaurant was half full. The manager was extremely friend and did offer to put us together, but not until after some of us sat down and ordered.
It's a new restaurant so they're still probably try to figure stuff out, but honestly the food wasn't that good or even close to telling someone about it so it's not worth going back to give them a second chance.
I thought about giving 3 stars, but the food really isn't good so i took 2 stars off for that and the whole reservation thing isn't ideal for going out to eat so I took another star off for...

Last night was my 2nd time in, in 1.5 week. I am completely sympathetic when an establishment is obviously short handed. However, there is a simple rule in customer service. ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMER!
I sat at the bar very patiently for 20 min with zero acknowledgment from the lady behind the bar, servers and people coming in and out of the kitchen. I finally asked for a menu and if there was someone working behind the bar. The lady still did not acknowledge me, just said “yea, yea” without looking at me or stopping as if I were bothering her! I witnessed 2 parties that came in after me get up and leave. I noticed she was serving tables that came in after me and the other parties that left. You got to pay attention! I would have left also if I was not attending a show at The Filmore.
Last week wasn’t that different, just got served faster. The guy who served me and the same lady walked past me behind the bar 6-8 times before giving me a menu. Same thing, no hello, no eye contact, no I apologize for the wait, nothing. First time, things happen. Second...
Read moreWe visited this place Saturday with some close friends and were not disappointed. We started with The Twin Bullets and Barreled and Aged drinks which were excellent. We also had the Bacon Candy and Mac 'N Cheese Crunch which were delicious and complemented one another very well. My wife and had shared the Drunken Chicken Sandwich and Saddle Up Burger and they very good. My friend said the Trax Burger was also very good. We went in on Tempura Cauliflower and Truffle and Parmesan Fries from their "Side Piece" options and both were very tasty. I was tempted to get the ghost wings to go but was told that if I really enjoyed spicy wings I may be disappointed. I asked for some hot sauce and he brought out the ghost wing sauce and he was right. It was not spicy but pretty good, especially when dunking the cauliflower in it. It was indeed "Minnesota" Spicy. The music was a bit loud but did not overpower conversation and the mix was eclectic. Other than it being a bit chilly where we sat, the atmosphere was nice. We really enjoyed ourselves and I would come back. Food and Cocktails were a little on the pricey side but everything has gone...
