I recently had one of the most disappointing experiences at Little Caesars. I placed my order with the expectation of quick and easy service, as advertised. However, what should have been a simple pick-up turned into an unnecessarily long and frustrating wait. Despite the promise of âHot-N-Ready,â I waited far beyond the expected time, and no one provided any updates or explanations during that period.
When I finally received my order, I was even more frustrated to find that the food was cold and tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. The pizza was not fresh, the crust was hard, and the cheese had hardened. It was very clear that quality was not a priority, and I felt let down because I had chosen Little Caesars for the convenience and value they usually promote.
What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff. When I politely asked for an update on my order, I was met with dismissive attitudes and short responses, as if I was bothering them. There was no apology for the delay or the condition of my food, and no effort was made to correct the situation. The team seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, which reflected poorly on the storeâs management.
Overall, this visit left a very bad impression on me. Iâve enjoyed Little Caesars in the past, but this experience made me question if I will return. Itâs disappointing when a company you count on for quick, affordable meals falls short on both service and quality. I hope the management takes steps to improve both customer service and food standards so that other customers donât leave as...

My history I am a former employee of little Cesars and itâs sad to whom they put to represent their franchise company. All this took between the hours 4-5 pm I requested the name to manager and she refused to come. I told them I will call corporate. It end with me leaving with my nephew went next door to the Francisca Charcoal restaurant and asked them if he could use their restroom they let him in.    Read moreIt is important to have fair hiring practices and ensure that no one is being discriminated against based on a disability that doss not interfere with the work they are performing. However, I have not once seen any evidence of employees with disabilities. There may be employees who seem to act as if they are high or on something. Iâve yet to see them or have them answer a phone call when it constantly rings off the hook even if they are sitting in the back and (what seems to be) purposefully ignoring it. This could be because they are hiring those who are unable to hear, but if you yell loud/long enough eventuallyâif youâre luckyâsomeone may come greet you at the front counter. Employees from surrounding stores hear their phone ringing constantly because this specific location doesnât seem to care whatsoever about customer service. Fortunately, due to all of the potential health code violations and The Better Business Bureauâs possible involvement, there is a chance that this location will no longer have to give Little Caesars such a bad rap. It comes down to the franchisee, so I am assuming they will shape up...
