This must be the absolute worst experience I've had at a Domino's location to date. Jessica displayed absolutely rude and vile behavior tonight. I don't understand how she could be the "acting manager" of the night. She yelled at me in an argumentative/fighting tone. They played around in the store until it began to storm and they definitely weren't coming out then. We waited for the storm to subside and called the store to see if they'd bring it out. At this point it had been 40-45 minutes of waiting. They ignored our call and the call of the neighboring car that was waiting prior to our arrival. I got out and asked why she didn't answer and I was disrespected by Jessica. I asked for a manager's contact card and she said she is the manager and she doesn't have to give me anything more. She refused to refund the food, showed poor customer service, and had absolutely no manners. We were excited for this location to open because of it's convenience and what I thought would be a great experience. It was very poor! They didn't even make the food right. I'm just appalled and disgusted at this entire ordeal. Jessica's attitude was horrendous. She is young enough to be my child. My children would never act this way with customers. The pizza took more than an hour to be delivered even though they are less than a mile away from me, I called the store and gave up after waiting more than 10mins I decided to just patiently wait until I hear someone knocking on the door. After many mins later, I check my phone and see a few missed calls, I call back and the delivery driver doesn’t speak any english so she told me to wait and then a different woman starts to speak with me, she stated that the delivery woman waited 15mins outside my apartment because I didn’t have my apartment number…I said, I do have my apartment number on my account, she continued to say that I didn’t while being very rude, I am a very calm person and there was no need for her to be rude. Ive had my account for so long and never had a problem with any of my orders so it’s funny how this new store is saying that I didn’t have my apartment number. So after going back and forth about that, I got frustrated and said, ok so what can we do? She said I can either come pick it up or cancel the order. Read morePizza done and delivered too fast. I order 4 two topping pizzas. They were dry as hell. Is no sauce pizza the new thing in South Florida. This is the reason I do not go to Little Caesars. I feel every where you turn there’s a scam. I think they want you to pay extra for sauce. This is ridiculous. I chose delivery, so when I called back they tell me I have to bring the pizza back. I truly believed they had these pizza sitting up with sauce on them pre prepped or maybe they are being stingy with the sauce. They put sauce around the edges to make it appear visible, then cover the rest of the pizza with cheese so you can’t tell it’s no saucy until you eat it, the nastiest and driest taste ever.
If you go to their Facebook Page they have the worst reviews. A brand new store with horrible food, horrible service, and horrible management. I Personally I think it is a Broward County thing. I have never experienced so many issues in so many different business establishments, in one county. It appears anything goes. WTH...
