This location has definitely gotten worse it was going good but now there not accommodating tad ocd requests especially the guys here they even frown on when people ask for the requests at least the guys do the girls here are the opposite trying to help and accommodate anyway they can if it was not for faith, Emma and Landry. I would have given service a one star but these three tried to help that’s why it’s a generous 2 stars the easiest requests to ask found out people were not washing there hands yesterday and instead of an apology from the owner tells me to find a different location I thought Culver’s was suppose to be where guests feel welcome i think it’s just because I look different than all the people that come in everyone else gets treated better and they honor there requests this location was doing great for so long,and it was not that bad yesterday I just got sick at this location last year for someone not washing hands like yesterday most of the locations I go to are wearing gloves no matter what so I get scared when there not wearing gloves had to take off 2 points for service because no one else besides faith, Emma. And Landyn were taking my concerns seriously at least the girls here, honor requests and take concerns seriously the guys don’t and the guys tattletale a lot about customers/regulars they don’t like instead of being welcoming and honoring the two simplest and not crazy but easy tad ocd request that was the other reason for the 2 points off on service I already did write review on the Culver’s site that’s how I got the voice mail from the owner saying find another location we’re not accommodating your crazy requests as mentioned above I told Landyn that day if that person would have washed there hands it would have been 100% but because he did not wash hands especially since he was not wearing gloves that’s why it...
Read moreUpdate: I received a call from the store, and they sent out coupons. The coupons arrived within a week. I added another star to my rating and will consider revising my review further in the future. This was not the first time part of my order had been missing.
Several times, we have not received complete orders from the drive thru. At our last visit, on April 13th, we were missing a chicken strip entree, and we didn't realize it until we were home. I immediately called the restaurant for a refund, but I was told they couldn't issue a refund unless we brought all the food back to the restaurant so they could confirm that the chicken was missing. (What!?) I provided my mailing address to receive coupons for the value of the chicken. It has now been a few weeks, and no coupons have arrived. This small gesture would have helped you retain a customer who spends $30 to $50 per visit. It's bad enough that we receive dried out, tough burgers that have clearly been sitting under a heat lamp, and we surely noticed the shrinking portion sizes/increased prices, but refusing to do this one small thing is a nail in the coffin of customer...
Read moreWent today to get two milkshakes and everything was great! I pulled into the right lane waiting for my order then a lady came up and gave my milkshakes to me. Normally at Culver’s they say have a great day. I was shocked she didn’t say anything. I started looking at the milkshakes to notice the order was incorrect. They were super busy so I rolled down the window and said “hey I got a wrong order.” The girl then came back up and instead of saying sorry or that she would get it fixed. She continues to tell me I ordered what she handed me. I said no I did not. She went back inside and came back out and handed me my new milkshake the correct one. I then said thank you have a great day ( thinking she may have been having a bad day). She then tells me “whatever” started getting an attitude talking and walking away.
