First time we went, we were given a beautiful and delicious loaf of sourdough. It was hot, golden, with sesame seeds and shaped long. Probably one of the best we've had. So, a week later, we decide it's worth it to take the 25 min drive back to buy another loaf. We ordered the same exact one but were given a totally different loaf: cold, hard, even the shape and packaging was different!! The young girl couldn't give us an explanation nor did our disappointment seem to matter. There was someone that seemed to have authority doing paperwork nearby and she didn't care to address our concern either. We were not expecting to return or exchange it, we simply wanted to know when we could come back and buy the loaf we loved. I really hope they find consistency in their food.
