No idea how their rating is even that high. I thought my experience would be unique but I’m seeing several other reviews of people who had the exact same experience.
I put in a mobile order (there were no notes in the app about issues at the store). When I got there, they had locked the door and had a sign saying they had closed the cafe and you had to use drive thru. At that point, there were 10-15 cars in the drive through and I didn’t have time to wait. When I knocked on the door, I repeatedly only had a staff member make degrading and rude “driving” arms to me signaling that I needed to go to the drive thru.
No matter how much I knocked and showed my mobile order screen, he kept doing the same thing or the entire staff would ignore me. Finally, I called and the staff member who answered agreed to bring my food out. When I asked why this issue wasn’t marked in the app, she said they had just turned off mobile orders because of it and didn’t know it was an issue at first. Fine, but you would think they’d realize that they need to bring out all the existing mobile orders rather than just mock and ignore customers trying to get what they’ve paid for forcing them to wait in a 20 minute drive thru. Read moreOn Saturday April 7, 2024 I walked into this Starbucks and was greeted by a young tall man with black hair, I didn’t notice his name otherwise I would happily provide it. It was around 10:20AM, he kindly took my order, Venti mocha with whipped cream and a gouda bacon sandwich. He walked away as I continued to pay for my order, I entered my debit card and answered the questions on the screen, I did not leave a tip and skipped that option, usually I leave cash tips. However, once this Starbucks employee realized I didn’t leave a tip through their system he completed went cold hearted towards me! He pushed my order away and took the group of people standing behind me and quickly proceeded to make their drinks and provide them their bakery items! He kept ignoring me and wasn’t making my drink, he loudly says to me across the room, “we are busy your drink will be out soon.” Even though people who came after me had their drinks handed to them before me! He purposely took his time making my drink. He threw my sandwich in the bag which made it fall apart and he slammed my drink on the counter!!! Read moreThis Starbucks is two sided. The food is always good and heated up correctly. The drinks on the other hand, well the one I get recently in the last month or two my drink has just become unpalatable. I always order a venti mocha frap, double shot with 6-7 pumps of mocha. At this Starbucks i have learned to ask for 9-10 pumps of mocha but even then it is very bitter with no taste of sweeter. Which I feel is too much but only at this Starbucks is it not enough. Every other Starbucks is go this doesn't happen only this one. Even when I go in to get it corrected or inform them it's too bitter, I get at least 3 workers look at me like something is stinky. The only time I get my drink right 99% of the time is when I go inside and inform them that this drink is not to my liking. Once again I don't get this treatment at any other Starbucks. I go to this one because it colse to me. As I am writing this i am looking at my drink thinking I just wasted $9. I am not going to make this a habit, your going to get my drink right.
