Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mission

I decided to stop at a local Taco Bell to grab a bite to eat . It was a carry out visit. When I walked in I sensed something was not right. There were two men standing near the counter and another who walked in steps ahead of me. Neither had a smile on their face and the gentleman who was in front of me made a comment about stopping here being a mistake. after waiting for someone to take my order for a couple of minutes a team member named "Ricky" came to the counter with 4 cups in his hand and offered the cups to each of us at the counter as a token of them being sorry for the lack of service. His eyes were glossy and honestly I thought he was stoned. He indeed looked under the influence of something. He finally took my order and I paid him. Then it took another 10 minutes of waiting for the order to get completed and bagged. The young lady who brought my order to the counter read the order out to me but it was missing an item. I brought it to her attention that the order was incomplete so she walked away and gave the bag to another teammate. His name was "Cyrus" and he approached me about my concern and told me I would need to pay for the additional items that was missing from the order. He could have instead offered me an apology for my wasted time and the fact that his fellow teammate made the error and not me. I thought about it for a moment and made a decision to get a refund and go to another location. He then walked away from me asking Ricky how to process a refund. Ricky walked back to the counter and mumbled a few things then I asked him for his store manager info and he pushed my bag of food back towards me and I said I do not want it. He then made a comment about what is he supposed to to do with the food...waste it? I said that's his choice but please process my refund so I could leave. Slop on a tortilla. I was there tonight at Friday Night Rush Hour, and there was not one person there. no one in the line and not one car parked.. That should have been my first red flag..

They made me a burrito supreme that had no beans, no meat, and no sour cream that I could find on it when I opened it. See pic below. It was nothing but slop on a tortilla. Absolutely nasty. I had to throw this $4.57 burrito away in the trash.

The first time I drove through when they first opened, they said they could not take any orders because their computers were down. Today I went through and they said they did not have time to make this cinnamon Crispers, but there was no one in the parking lot and no one in the Drive-Thru. When I got to the window and asked him why didn't they make some since there was no one even there at rush hour on Friday night? He just stared at me rudely and did not answer for a pregnant pause. Probably he said because the ovens were not working.

Someone spent a $1 million building this beautiful new building, but they put smoke black windows on it and the doors are locked. You cannot seem to get half of the items on the menu, so it looks very ominous about what is actually going on inside this dark-looking hole. And when you do get your order, it looks and...

Ordered food online. Went thru the drive thru and the guy at the window had me pull around because they were making fresh rolled Tacos. Cool. Same guy brought me food and was super nice. Checked my bag and the forgot an item so I went inside to get it. Two ladies were ahead of me. We waited for 5 minutes and not one employee said a word to us. At least 3 employees walked past the front counter not saying anything. Finally I asked another guy at the drive thru window if anyone was working the counter. Just stared at me. After repeating myself 3 times, he finally lumbered over. Told him I was waiting for my forgotten item and the ladies were ready to order. Went back to the back without saying anything and got my item. Still said nothing. The ladies waiting walked out without ordering.
