Swig — Local services in Mission

Google said they opened last Thursday. They are no where near close to being open. Save your time and don’t go.

Edit to add: I originally made this review back in November of 2024. It is now late April of 2025. The opening date has gone from November to January to February to April. Today was the so called opening date. Is it opened?! NOPE. I’m tired of the delays. There are THREE locations in Missouri and they didn’t seem to have any delays. I’m sorry but I’m not driving 40 minutes to go across the state line. And at this rate if there’s so many issues with it just opening up I can only imagine the huge MESS it will be when it actually does open. I think I’m more irritated than anything since there are literally ZERO updates anywhere about the status. All we have to go off of is Google. And their responses to everyone complaining is just a generic response. Like no GIVE US...

So first off the line is insane people are trying to cut in front of Cars in the middle of the road there is a lot of traffic and very easily could become dangerous. When we did get Up to the line where they were taking orders, the lady started our order and then walked away and never came back. Another lady came up walked right past us still without taking our order when we finally get up to the window and let them know That we haven’t gotten our order taken haven’t been helped whatsoever after waiting in the line for 1+ hour, They don’t even have anything where it says that they are not serving the dragonada drink and apparently is out of season while it is 90+ degrees outside. It was very unorganized and if they’re not gonna have a drink available, then they should not be...

Drinks are good, but not worth the 30-40 min wait every time we are there. We have been to this location at least 5 times since they opened and not once did we wait less than 30 mins for two to three drinks. I can drive to Lee’s Summit in that time and wait I'm their line (always less than 10 mins) and be back before I got through a line here.

The fact the line goes to the street light on the corner is so unsafe and a nuisance tbh. Surprised the city hasn't stepped in on this one yet.

Over all the drinks are good, but nothing more than syrups in sodas. Pretty sure 80% or more of their drinks can be made at Sonic😅 Swig is just the “Trendy” thing right now. My kids love it. Location just isn't the safe at for their...
