Subway — Restaurant in Missouri City

On Friday, July 22nd, I had a sweet onion steak teriyaki sandwich combo with a cinnamon sugar pretzel. There was too much sauce on my sub and it made it too sweet. And the sprite was too sweet as well and hardly any carbonation. And the pretzel was poorly made. On Saturday, July 23rd, I had a cheese pizza with a large sprite. Again the drink was too sweet with not much carbonation. The pizza I got was still cold on the first bite. I asked them to give me another one and they brought me one that was SLIGHTLY warmer but you could still taste and tell that the pizza was frozen. On top of that, the bottom of the pizza wasn’t cooked well and became stuck to the paper it was sitting on. That made me have to tear the pizza apart just to eat it. This Subway is located inside of the Walmart. It's actually a pretty good one. It's been clean every time I've gone here and gotten something to eat. In my opinion, the best sandwich is between the chicken bacon ranch and the spicy Italian. If, for some reason, it's your first time trying Subway, and this happens to be the location you end up in, then I'd say go for the Spicy Italian. It's not really spicy at all. Instead of lettuce, get Spinach. When they ask you if you want it toasted, the correct answer is "HELL YES!". Here's a tip. They usually put cheese and meat on there and throw it in the toaster, but before they put it in, tell them you want tomatoes on it too. Wah-lah! Roasted tomatoes, cheese, and meat are now on ur sandwich. Totally changes the taste of the tomatoes and makes a world of difference in the sandwich. Feel free to thank me, should you see me out...

Worse customer service ever!!! The selection of bread was literally none and the veggies looked like they had been sitting out for days. Lettuce was black colored, spinach was frozen, no pepper jack cheese, over baked my bread, workplace was very dirty. Also, I asked the girl if she had wheat bread she replied they didn’t have none and maybe another location for sure will have some. I’m a subway restaurant regular 6 times a week!! I visit the Pasadena location on fairmont pkwy and that staff has it down to a tee compared to the staff that helped me out this on this location was by far the worse experience.
