Update: regional management has reached out and stated that they will be visiting in person to help with change. I appreciate the higher up management reaching out to make things right. Will add a star now for this. Will change review in the future if real change is found.
This was a terrible experience. We placed our order online at approximately 1:30 PM and went to pick it up from the store shortly after. It should be noted that we paid for our order in full at the time the order was placed. The food was ready when we arrived, but our 2 regular shakes and 2 mini malts were not. We were given our shakes and malts within a few minutes but after arriving back home with our food realized we had been given someone else's drink order. We were not given a receipt with our food. We received 2 regular shakes, 1 soda, and 1 large shake. It was at this time unpacking our food that we also realized we were missing an entire sandwich, a Steakburger Stacker that was ordered online. We returned to the store with the incorrect drinks/shakes. We told the cashier about the mixup and she stated they had extra malts/shakes in the freezer that were likely ours. She promptly exchanged these. It should be noted that she said she would keep the incorrect shakes in case the other customers returned for them, which seems to be an unhygienic practice. We then explained that we were also missing the Steakburger Stacker. She stated that the item was no longer available, despite the fact that we were able to order and pay for the item online. She fetched the manager on duty, Dylan. Dylan apologized for the mistake and offered to give us a different sandwich instead. We replaced the Steakburger Stacker with a regular double. The manager offered to give us an extra order of fries though we had already received the cheese fries that were a part of this combo order. Of note, we paid 12.79 for the Stacker combo while a regular double costs only 9.99, a 2.80 difference. The manager Dylan told the kitchen to prepare this "on the fly" then provided us with 2 free frozen treat comp cards. The manager then left the counter while we waited on the new sandwich. We waited several minutes and did not receive anything. The manager returned to the front, but was speaking on a mobile phone. After a few more minutes, I approached the cashier and asked if our replacement food was ready. She stated she would go to the back to check. She came back with the sandwich and fries and apologized stating that the "manager got distracted." We left the store and returned home (only a 2 minute drive). When we finally sat down to eat our now cold food and melted shakes (an hour after we placed our original order), I opened my hot dog to find that I had been given a plain hot dog, not the chili cheese dog that we ordered and paid for. The hot dog combo costs 7.99 and the chili dog combo we paid for costs 9.49, a difference of 1.50. We spent an extra $4.30 for food that we did not receive and had to return to the store and wait causing us to eat almost an hour later than originally planned, on Father's Day of all days. This was an extremely disappointing experience and we will not be returning to this location until this issue and the poor management...
Read moreI’m sorry to say this Freddy’s location has just lost my business permanently. I’ve been coming here since it opened. I really like the quality but lately the place is filthy. Every table is dirty. The people do not seem happy to be there at all and the drive-through is the worst. I just came through at 7:20 at the girls taking the order thoroughly enjoyed mocking the company not having bacon not having onion rings, not having any vanilla custard, they were laughing so hard that they couldn’t even complete my order after a hard days work the last thing I need is no professional, no work ethic no pride and a serious lack of management mocking me through the speaker and then saying can you repeat yourself multiple times in between laughing so hard that they can’t hear their customer. Yes, this is a problem with the employees but the bigger problem is the management there’s no way that these young people having a job that’s already hard having to deal with not having the basics on the menu and simply ask for cleanliness. Read moreWe have been excited to try this place. We ordered a burgers, spicy chicken sandwich, two kids meals and some shakes/mixers. Overall the restaurant and restrooms were clean except for the overflowing garbage cans. There were plenty of staff and the wait was minimal. The employees who helped us were friendly and willing to answer our questions. The food was pretty good. Nothing too different than other restaurants. The custard in the shakes and mixers was really good. The chocolate was very rich and the vanilla/strawberry shake was yummy and I'm not even a strawberry fan. Overall, a good experience.
