The same picture that “born tee” posted of those guys were the same guys I had a bad experience with mostly the tall guy, I got a sweet almond pretzel I ordered at 12:13 online and I came to pick it up at 12:28 and they hadn’t even started my order. So I said I’d come back and I came back at 12:40 and as im walking back to my stir I open my bag and my pretzel is burned and it didn’t look the way it would usually and I knew if I had to wait til later to eat it, it would’ve been to hard so I came back and told them that it was burned and I was going to ask if they could remake it but the tall guy got an attitude immediately and told me that he had just made it he touched it and said it was soft and i said it’s burned though and he proceeded to have an attitude and asked me if I just wanted my money back I said that was fine with me. I work in the mall and I won’t be going back to that auntie Anne’s again they need to learn better customer service skills and how to talk to customers in...

This is really my first bad experience at this place. I got my usual which is a newer drink. They switch up from time to time. It’s the the new dragon fruit frost. The guy asked did I want whip cream I said yes. Soon as I drunk it I only tasted whipped cream. I gave it a stir nothing different. He asked what’s wrong I said I only taste whipped cream, he said I’m the first to complain. I asked for more juice he said no because I insulted him. .I said how? He couldn’t tell me, then he said no refunds and to contact HR. For the fact I felt he was rude, petty and unprofessional. For it to be with a so called General Manager Julien Paris completely disgusted at his behavior and professionalism. He has no professionalism. A simple fix turned into mocking, aggressive hand gestures, and absurd tone. I could tell by his behavior he was much younger so all he got from me was a smirk. I do plan on calling head quarters Monday morning to get this rectified. I hate my experience today...

I wish I could give this location 0/10 stars. I am a long time fan of Auntie Anne's pretzels and this place used to have the best pretzels around, but now they're just sorry.

The only thing they make now are those little pretzel bites and if that's not what you want, then ah well, get ready to spend 30 minutes or more waiting in line for a disgusting, undercooked, mishapened pretzel. Today I ordered an original pretzel and they still managed to mess it up. They can't get even the simplest of orders right.

They have terrible management and the service is trash. The only workers available are a bunch of kids that don't know what they're doing and look like a deer caught in headlights when you bring them a complaint.
