Dave & Buster's isn't like it used to be. Haven't been since like 2016. Too expensive now & they no longer have my favorite game "Deal or no deal." They make you think the $60 power play deal is unlimited & all you can play but, really read the fine print first or ask questions about it before you purchase b/c it's NOT 🚫 unlimited like you think. It's only 90 minutes of play & you only get a limited number of tickets that you can win as well. Once you get to 1,500 tickets that you've accumulated, that is it!! After that you can't win any more tickets. So either you save them for next time or you spend it in their little shop of prizes. You're just playing for fun even though it says you still have time left on your card to play games then it starts to get boring. I think that when you pay $60 for 90 mins of play which they made you think at first in the beginning that you can play unlimitedly that you should be able to play until you feel like stopping & keep winning tickets not set a limit. That's not fair to customers! That's why it makes this place feel more like a casino now not a big Chucky Cheese for adults. I didn't have that much fun & neither did my family. They weren't that impressed at all & said they probably would never come back. It was more tiring than anything to figure out what you wanted to play, how to play them, & wait in-between games for the points/time to add/countdown on your card. I don't think they engineered the new set up thoroughly. They have a lot of the same games as if they can't find other games to rig or maybe cooler games are just too expensive like the one I was talking about "Deal or no Deal." That one used to give you a lot of tickets. If you have money to blow & don't care about blowing money...this is your place. Not worth it to my family & I b/c we live over an hour away. Right when we first got there I felt like we were being rushed into one of their so called deals at the hostess stand without sitting down & talking about it with each other at the table. It's like they were trying to hustle you into the most expensive deal without letting you think it through first! While we were deciding what meal we would have with it b/c basically the $60 deal includes your meal, you have a limited menu to choose from. Drinks are not included. They said it used to be. Their website clearly states they're included & this place is brand new! How'd it change that quick? Plus, you would think they'd do something special for someones birthday but, they do not honor them! I don't even remember a "Happy Birthday" from the manager but, he managed to notice my father wearing a Veteran's hat & offered the deal of the day. Which is so much percentage off for Veteran's (Mondays) & you get tokens or power play cards so many credits free added to your meal but, nothing extra for the birthday girl. Also, they were short staffed. There was only one waitress waiting on every customer. It was the slowest service ever! She was the sweetest though. We waited longer for her to come take our orders & to bring us our drinks then food than the time we ended up playing in the game room. The food was good but could've been warmer/hotter. The temperature felt really hot in there as well. I was sweating up a storm & towards the end I gave up 30 mins of my power play card to my family just to go sit in the air conditioned car. I'm not the one who likes to complain...I just have to tell you about my experience that it could've been better. I feel kinda embarrassed that I picked that place for my daughters birthday who turned 28 yrs old. My family is questioning my decision of Dave & Buster's. Beforehand I was telling them how Awesome of a place it was & about my favorite game. I couldn't wait to play it. Then to come find out when we get there everything had changed, games, prices, atmosphere, design/layout, just the whole experience of it was different from the one in Jacksonville, FL back in 2016 & now 2025 in Mobile, AL. Seemed like a whole different place! To tell you the truth I'd rather go to Chucky Cheese's!!

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! I planned a team outing for me and my team from work. We arrived at 4 and played games first. The gaming area is amazing and the staff is very helpful. Let me make that clear. Anyway we decided to migrate to the restaurant at around 5:20pm. We didn’t know you have to check in (mainly because you couldn’t see the check in counter for all the young girls crowded around it) so we just sat at the first table we saw. A waitress with a nasty attitude and asked who told us we could sit there? Needless to say she told us we had to move. I go check in the tell me it’ll be 45 minutes. An hour goes by… nothing. I go back over to the huddle and ask if the forgot about my group. They giggle and say yes. But then one of the girls told us “when that table right there is cleared yall can sit right there” and pointed at the table the first girl told us to move from. I go back over to the bar with my group and we wait another hr. The party at the table were done but was just hanging out. By now it’s 7:30. Someone from my party asked the ppl how much longer would they be because we were waiting for that table. Whenever we asked the waitresses to check in it they all told us they couldn’t make anybody move. Oh ok! Anyway that group apologized and got up to leave. We start moving to the table. A few minutes later Karen is standing at the end of the table complaining that we took her table. She ends up calling the manager Cody. He tries to make us move even though we were told to sit there and we were in the list before Karen. He even told me I skipped the waitlist even though I kept telling him we had been on the waitlist since 5:30. I tell him to go check the waitlist and if my name is after Karen’s I’ll move. He goes and checks and never says anything else to us. When I ask what happened when he checked he claimed he never checked it. We ended up asking for his manager only to get a bunch of excuses and never seeing the GM. The whole experience was just a travesty. I’ll never eat at this D&B again! The picture below is me having to use napkins to eat my wings because we had no plates. ANSLEY is amazing thought. She really took care of us once she came over. But the majority of the waitresses are young girls with bad attitudes.

Amazing Experience at Dave & Buster’s! I recently visited this Dave & Buster’s and I have to say, it was such a fun and memorable experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was exciting and full of energy. The combination of great food, fun games, and a lively environment made for the perfect night out. First, let’s talk about the food—it was absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety on the menu. Whether you're in the mood for classic bar food, burgers, or something a little different, there’s something for everyone. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and arrived at the table fresh and hot. The portions were generous, and the quality exceeded my expectations for an arcade-style restaurant. If you’re a fan of appetizers, I highly recommend trying their loaded nachos and boneless wings—both were a hit at our table! Now, onto the games. The arcade was packed with a fantastic mix of classic and modern games, from racing and shooting games to ticket redemption games and claw machines. It didn’t matter if you were a competitive gamer or just looking to have some casual fun—there was something for everyone to enjoy. I loved that they had new high-tech games alongside nostalgic favorites. We spent hours playing and never got bored. Plus, earning tickets and redeeming prizes made the experience even more exciting! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. Even though it was a busy night, we never felt like we had to wait too long for food or drinks. The overall cleanliness of the facility was also impressive. If you’re looking for a fun place to hang out with family or friends, whether it’s for a casual night out, a birthday, or just to let loose and have fun, I highly recommend Dave & Buster’s. It’s the perfect spot for good food, great drinks, and hours of entertainment. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Highly recommend!

I took my family for an outing at this place of business. We were so excited too be able too come as a family unit of 12. The kids eyes was bright we were elated too see the family come together. Where it went wrong the young folks that works there from what we were told they were school kids. Are very disrespectful. Had us too wait 2hrs too be seated because the young lady says she were about too get off in 30mins so that section that would accommodate us was blocked.well we decided too take advantage of this by letting the family experience the game room. Not knowing that we have the advantage of play eat till after I've spent well over $300 on game cards for the family at the kids machine. Inwhich the disrespectful young girl not going too call her lady cause she wasn't acting like one. Well she didn't inform of my options. But kept pointing too the kiosk machine too spend& that that section was still blocked. We'll after 2hrs we checks the same disrespectful young folks telling us that it'll be another 25 -30 mins. Ok well I go up after 35 mins& ask were we going too be seated? They were standing at the desk one eating the other cursing like a sailor then another started in with the conversation of with the cursing. One young lady over heard them& replied "Yall are so disrespectful why would yall stand up here in front of the customers & use this type of language "? One of the children replied"Well I'm sorry". She said yall soo disrespectful. So I still ask will we be seated? The same disrespectful Lil--- grabs the menu forks walks off throws them on the table comes back & stood up with her arms folded& just looked at me I ask are u gonna be our waitress ?she replied "NO I AM NOT" I said good because I don't want u . My family wanted too leave. But my grands were hungry & wanted too stay too play more games. Worst experience i had in my life at an supposed too be brand new restaurant. Reported it too manager on duty. He stood over with them laughing & giggling with the disrespect of it all. The waitress saw our frustrations & did everything she could too make things right. The worst dinner time ever. Ms. Shanavia & another server the one that told them they were being disrespectful also came over& apologized for the mistreatment. As it stands i don't & want recommend this place too spend your hard earned money. It's not worth the disrespect. I/we will not be returning too this establishment of business. At this rate they will not be in mobile Alabama long. I rate this business-0000 .Will never ever return. A complete waste of money for service& respect. I know our not returning will not crash the business. But I still feel i should let my people of mobile know. And I will be letting my followers know& I have plenty. Thanks for nothing D&B I felt like pure s---- after this experience. Never again.. Let them young folks know thanks for nothing. A very big disappointment we expected better. Big thumbs down 👎🏾 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾and i spent over $600. Sadddd...
