Let me start by saying I LOVE firehouse subs BUT this experience has drastically changed how I feel ab them. So they had a deal 50% through the app, I ordered through the app for delivery - paid for my food instantly- waited a hour & 20 minutes just for them to cancel my order!! I call the physical location they say they wonât refund me so I ask will they remake it if I pick it up. At first they said yes then called back & said no! So I asked if I came in & ordered it could I still get the 50% deal they said no. So I ordered it through the app AGAIN -WITH NO REFUND ISSUED!- but was ineligible for the 50% because I guess itâs a one time deal & I obviously already used the deal the first time I ordered. So I get to location just for them not to have brownies I ordered- no big deal itâs whatever about that. I wasnât compensated for my troubles in any way not even an apology for the inconvenience.. I get all the way home to find out THERES NO PICKLE IN THE BOXES!!!! It might sound petty but thatâs one of the whole reasons we go to firehouse instead of other sub shops is for the pickle spear. We ordered combos with brownies. No brownies and no pickle spears. So we basically just got a sandwich & a flat drink. Not compensated in anyway. I know it wonât make a difference to them to lose me & mine as customers but itâs a...

At first, I went in to just get a water cup and they were more than happy to offer me one after I explained how bad my night was going. Later, I decided I needed to get dinner while the tow truck was on its way (at this point it was 8:50- and they close at 9) and they were so understanding and ready to make me a sandwich! The staff was so kind, the host name on my receipt was April but there were two other men as well who were extremely helpful. The service here made my night so much better and I am so grateful there are still kind people like this in the...
Read moreThis was my first Firehouse Sub experience. I ordered the New York steamer (corned beef and pastrami) and the meatball sub, both medium. In my first bite of the steamer I immediately tasted the mild horseradish sauce used. It was really quite good. The meatball consisted of 5 or 6 larger than golf ball-sized meatballs covered in tomato sauce and cheese. It taste as good as any sub shop meatball sub I've had, which is to say it was good, but not quite Italian restaurant good.
The bread was fresh. The restaurant clean. The staff welcoming if otherwise a little distant. Good sub chain....
