I called and spoke to a Savanna but it was a for a different location around 11:00 AM. It was on Airport (west mobile) I told her my order to the detail and what was messed up on it. I told her to give me about an hour, due to I don’t know when I actually be at my order. She was able to verify the order and explained to let me know when I am on the way. She said, she will be leaving but Q the manger will be. Upon Leaving Best Buy, thinking that this id where Brandon picked up the order on Satchel. I went in to get the remade order and met Brian or Bryan not for sure how it is spelled the District manager. I told him I was there for remake and told him what the order was. It “appears” he was trying to catch me where I was not being truthful or honest or even contradicting my statement. This man went as far as pulling the transaction for that time from, which was okay. Come to find out it, it was at the other location. I said , who is the manager here is it Ms. Q or who it is she said Tina.
I do honestly feel as though this could’ve been handled a better way. The way Bryan questioned me as if, I was trying to be deceitful is utterly disgusting and disgraceful
I called Q and she said, yes Bryan did call but Savvanah had already confirmed the order.
Bryan is the district manager at this location and the one over Airport and this is what happens when “these” type of people have any type of authority. It’s misused.

Read moreI have always enjoyed coming here due to the great services and yummy food. Tonight unfortunately the services when receiving our food was not pleasant. I ordered a salad. When I recieved it you could not see the tomato or cucumbers that come on the salad so I asked. The answer was there it is. Mind you all you could see was one piece of tomato. I asked one tomato? Here answer is I don't know I didn't make it. Asked her coworker how many tomatoes come on a salad. The next question was do you want me to open it and count how many you have??

I know and understand working at a restaurant can be tedious and it's late you are ready to.go home. A simple the meat goes over the toppings of your salad would have helped. I paid for my food and toppings. I wanted avocado added I was charged. No problem. So don't be rude when am asking for what I paid for.
Hopefully she got some rest and wipe be nicer to the next evening customer that doesnt know the menu or process of how the food should look like.

Read moreIt hasn't always been this way, but something has changed be it staffing. Impolite, rude staff. Food packaging and taste is tasteless. Management took no accountability and basically raved something completely different from my experience. Hot spud and cold chef salad was packaged together. The female who handed off the order seemed annoyed and was impolite. The email I received as a reply to my complaint was they couldn't refund me because I didn't pay was a little insulting. I never asked for a refund. I was expressing and bringing to their attention my experience. And furthermore I did pay with points that I accumulated from paying for several previous orders. I'm not upset that a refund wasn't given because again that was never my goal or issue. Make it known that the points couldn't be accumulated if I didn't frequent the establishment.
