If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would! Avoid this location in MODESTO, Ca at all costs. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY NONEXISTENT!
After traveling for four hours, I stopped here just to grab a quick snack and drink. I really needed to use the restroom first, but the employee told me I had to purchase something before I could use it. I could barely think about food because I was so desperate to use the restroom!
When I finally got inside, it was absolutely disgusting—no seat covers, the toilet paper dispenser didn’t even work, and the entire area was filthy. Mind you, I don’t look homeless or like I was planning to shower in their sink.
What could have been a simple stop at one of my favorite restaurants (where I easily would’ve spent around $20) ended with me spending the last $4 I’ll ever give this establishment. I’ve never in my life been told I had to buy something just to use a restroom, and I hope I never experience that again.

My family contracted the Campylobacter bacteria from the restaurants raw poultry they served us. A month later a friend visits and receives a whole nacho plate with pink slimy, veiny chicken. BE VERY AWARE AND CHECK YOUR POULTRY the bacteria left my family in weeks of pain and constant bathroom uses. We all lost a lot of weight and we ended up very dehydrated. Antibiotic therapy was needed to pass the bacteria it did not just go away on its own. Pollo loco, you served us raw poultry but what bothers me more is that a month later your still feeding our community raw food! Some children & elderly are not strong enough to take on this bacteria. It’ll be a matter of time before you guys infect a weakened immune system person who will unfortunately not be able to handle the bacteria due to the stress of dehydration...
Read moreI ordered basically almost a family meal. Tell me why I asked for 5 red sauces and 12 salsas frescas (pico) and the manager on July 14th at 8pm denies me of that. The lady at the register says because her manager says so I can’t have the sauces I use to enjoy my food… for my bowl alone I use about 8-10 picos because I love it. I tell them I don’t want the green salsas don’t waste time Ben giving me that one bc I don’t eat it give me the sauces I actually eat and they say no. I asked for a refund since they wouldn’t let me enjoy my food the way I wanted. How simple is it to just give me the sauces I like when I order one bowl alone they give me 5 picos and 2 red sauces … sooo when I order TWO bowls and a kids meal I get the same amount… that makes no sense. For all this food and only 6 picos yall need to revise your salsa distribution policy because the one on Oakdale didn’t deny me of the salsas I wanted so I could enjoy my food...
