One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I came in with a friend during a quiet time for lunch, where we were instantly warmed with the welcoming atmosphere. It’s somewhat unassuming, but in an almost familial way! We could tell before we even saw the menu that the food would be phenomenal. We ordered dolmas, a falafel pita, a chicken shawarma wrap, and baklava. For drinks, we shared a plain yogurt drink and Turkish coffee. We were both happy when the food was even more delicious than expected! The falafel was fresh and delicious, the shawarma was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the dolmas were fantastic. The Turkish coffee was the best coffee I’ve ever had, and the yogurt drink (although it took a second to get used to) went perfectly with all the flavors (plus it’s great for your stomach).
This is a small owned, family run business. They were very friendly and enjoyable, brought the dishes out separately when we were ready, and overall went above and beyond with service. I will definitely be returning as often...
Read moreI used to come here all the time prior to covid and the daughter helping Me'Mo was so funny and sweet. All meals came with the roasted/grill tomatoes and plenty pickles, tahin packs a d sauces. Past 3 years I started Door Dashing and no grilled tomatoes and no sauces...came in and was met with a rude daughter who clearly doesn't want to be there. The same pickles that come with my meal included from day one to Delievery, when asked for them she charged us $5. No grilled tomatoes and she was super stingy with the sauces. I'm glad I saw Me'Mo atleast. Kind of sad that the typical parts that made my meal enjoyable are now forgotten about and to charge me for something that I always get for free was ridiculous. I ordered Delievery again today and sure enough the pickled side dish was included as part of the meal. Funny what people will do to discourage people from actually coming into enjoy...
Read moreI have never tasted unauthentic Muslim food, you should go and ask your mom, grandma or other ancestors that know how to cook official and authentic arabic food. Lebanese people are Arab just like any other Arab. I have a feeling that you have workers and. Co-workers that never ate Arabic food and you just tell them the wrong recipe. Sonetimes you curve the recipe around by adding and deleting ingredients. Also you if you don't know how to cook, go back to Lebanon and go to their cook school that shows you how to cook Arabic food. Of and only if there is no Arabic culinary school here in the USA and Canada. If you don't know how to cook then don't open a restaurant. On the otherhand, I ate a falafel and shawarma sandwich and It was a big disgrace and was...
