Grand Opening Delight at 7 Brew Mokena

Update: This place is so slow OMG. Gonna start going back to Starbucks soon if these guys can’t pick up the pace.

I stopped by the brand new 7 Brew in Mokena, IL on their grand opening day, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Despite the packed drive-through—which is totally expected for a first-day launch—the energy was upbeat and the wait time was surprisingly reasonable at just 10 to 15 minutes.

I tried two drinks: the Wildberry smoothie and the Sweet & Salty frozen coffee. Both were delicious—the smoothie was vibrant and refreshing, and the frozen coffee struck a perfect balance between indulgent and energizing. You can tell they put care into their recipes.

The staff was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, clearly excited to be part of the opening buzz. Their positive attitude made the experience even better.

I just wanna start off saying I usually ALWAYS go to the location in Naperville and today I decided to go to the new Mokena location because the manager from NPV location told us it was free shirt day today, I go and as they take my order we aren’t even greeted, the lady seemed irritable and I mentioned if I can please get a specific shirt she got annoyed by that, then as we get closer to the station where they hand our drinks I asked if I can change my shirt because it was the wrong size, the lady at the window tried to tell me that they couldn’t do that and there’s nothing she could do because I already grabbed it. Then our order was wrong and they got upset because we asked to fix it.. I get you’re busy but the way this whole interaction and experience was is SUPER unprofessional. I will NEVER return to this location. And I want my shirt in the CORRECT...

Took a car full of teens to try their first 7 Brew. We waited in a pretty long line. The girls were extremely excited. The line moves so quickly, and a lot of the employees were dancing as the line was moving. It was cute and looked like such a fun place!! Our very large order was all made correctly, and the drinks were amazing! We will definitely be going back! My only suggestion would be a window to order from if you walk/bike up. Right now it is solely a drive through with no way to order if you aren’t in a car. There are two pretty big trails that a lot of people use very close to that complex.
