Burger King — Restaurant in Monroe Township

MGMT woman who waited on me 40 minutes before I posted this, was fantastic. Then she went to grill area and I stood there waiting for my food. I watched all my burgers get made while the younger girl at the register got fries for my order along with pies. She heated my apple pie and got the fries after pulling all the burgers onto a cold counter from the heated lights...half unwrapping them to check them for what they were. Then a guy from drive through came over and handled them the same way. Leaving them sit on this counter to get cold. A manager came up from the back with register tray and put into register. Came back to my order and stood there with the drive through guy and casher girl. Asked about onion rings for my order as I watched someone just then put onion rings into fryer. So my burgers sat cold entire time..onion rings finally done and they use bare hands to cup top of onion rings to put into bag and hand me the order. Apple pie and burgers cold..along with soggy french fries. Onion rings were nice...

The food always seems to be horrible. I like Burger King, but this one is just bad. I don't know what they do but it always tastes like it was made 3 days earlier and heated up in a microwave. I got a Whopper on this visit, no drink, no fries...I added cheese. Well it had a pile of mayo, inedible amount, a very small shot of ketchup on the edge about a dozen pickles, 2 slices of unripe half white soggy tomatoes, a few shreds of lettuce, and a few small chunks of onion with some tasteless yellow cheese that had the tang of vinegar to it. I am not a picky eater by no means so I ate it, but I certainly did not enjoy it. Not to mention the bun was so hot you could barely touch it but the burger was barely warm. Obviously a microwave came into preparation at some point. I keep going back hoping it will be better but I am confident that it will not get any better. I think this was my last trip to Clarion Burger King. For almost 8.00 I would have been better off eating a value meal...

My friend and I just recently went there. We had two different orders. Mine was just an Oreo milkshake and hers was just a 10 piece with honey mustard. I order after her and still got mine first. Keep in mind I have been working at Burger King back home for 3 years now and am just up here for school. I saw nuggets sitting over by the fryer, so I thought maybe it was taking so long because they wanted to put fresh ones down, but that wasn’t the case. We had to wait over 10 minutes to get 10 old nuggets and the only reason we got them was because I had to say something to the front register girl. The people behind us also got their food before her nuggets. Even if they were fresh it would be max 3 minutes to wait for the nuggets. Overall, I’m just really disappointed in the...
