Went to upgrade my phone & do some switching around on my account. Got the note 8. Cindy (the manager), didn't tell me one stinkin thing about the phone! Nothing! Then, I wanted a screen protector. Well she jumped on that real quick & very rudely! I just wanted a simple plastic screen protector. But she said with what seemed to me a snotty attitude, "Well they don't make those anymore"! 1st, I'm not stupid, they do still make them. I have seen them recently. She, may not want to carry them in the store she is manager of, due to the store most likely not making any money off of them! But thats my opinion! I think the issue was, she wanted to make as much of a sale as possible. So now, I'm even more pissed. So, there were 2 choices only, WOW! WHAT A SELECTION! 1st, a glass screen protector, it feels plastic to me. But I'm told it's tempered glass. But she didn't tell me that. The male associate did, on my 2nd visit. Anyway, the other was a liquid screen protector, that she was pushing quite hard! But I choose the glass one. She put it on. I needed a case. I like the otter boxes. Or something rugged like that. Well the only colors of those type cases were black! WOW, AGAIN, WHAT A SELECTION! So, I have to order online. So we, Cindy & I do that. It was to come to my house within 7 days. I made sure she had my correct address. All said & done, I left. Ran my errands before work. Then noticed that the screen protector was chipped on the edge! The phone never left my car, how did this happen!? Why didn't Cindy see this when she put it on? So, now rushing, before work I go & explain & hope to get another? I did get one. The same. But...maybe she was irritated, or in a hurry! I don't know! Because that 2nd screen protector would not stay on! I was very frustrated & highly pissed off to say the least!! So, I go back a 3rd time. A very nice young man helped me. He told me all about my phone, imagine that! Cindy must have seen me on the security cameras & came out to see what was up! Then basically took over the situation, which was being handled fine. But of course Cindy had to bark, "well, if there are anymore problems with your screen protectors, you have to contact the company, not us!!" So got the 3rd screen protector. Asked why my case had not come yet? It was over 7 days already. Come to find out, my address was only partially in the computer!!! OMFG, ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! I gave it to her, she read it back to me!!! So...fumming & ready to spit nails, the young man returns the case I bought, & then it was rebought & the correct address was put in again. All while Cindy was telling this young man what & how to do it on the computer screen!! Makes no sense that the case had to be returned & rethought. The correct address should have just been entered, & I should have gotten my case soon. NO! Meanwhile, I try to call the store, by looking at my receipt for the phone number. Well it's not on There! What the freaking HELL!? BUT...you know what number was on There, a customer care number. I spoke to them about my terrible service! And how incompetent Cindy & that store are. Not to mention, where is my missing phone case? Well 13 days later, it finally arrived! My phone case. I'm so excited, because everyday, I am on pins & needles praying nothing happens to this phone! I open the package & I'm looking at the phone case & I'm starting to think that something is missing? The front of the case, to protect the front of my phone!! NO!!! Its not there!!! Cindy ordered the wrong FREAKING case!!! OMFG!!! IM SO DONE!!! It's called a "screenless edition"!!! WHAT & WHY in the HELL would I want an otterbox to protect my phone, & pay $70.00 for just the damn back!!!??? So, I try calling the store...busy, no one answering. Then I try customer care again, ALL of their mail boxes are FULL. How convenient!!! So, I have no case, spent $70.00, been 2 weeks of HELL dealing with TCC Verizon of Clarion in the Staples plaza. Nothing is open till Monday. Then I'll have to wait even longer 7 to 10 more days...

So confusing and overwhelming to be honest. That was until I went into the Clarion Verizon store and met up with Cindy F. Straight to the point, fun, easy to talk to and get along with. Really knows her stuff and made the process super easy, hassle free, and very helpful. She looked over my plan, offered suggestions and really helped me win one over on the corporate overlords by saving money on my bill AND hooked me up with a new Samsung S22 Ultra. Sheeeesh. What more could ya want? Will tell all my friends to stop in and ask...

A few months ago I broke my phone & ordered a replacement online to pick up in store (didn't pay much attention to which one, but it was nearby also). Turns out the store (not TCC) did not have one available for me and made a mess out of my account- resulting in 2-3 weeks of customer service calls that only that particular store (again, not TCC) could resolve.
