I attempted to place an order over the phone, and unfortunately, this was not the first time I experienced rude and unprofessional behavior at this location. When I provided my name for the order, the employee laughed and said, “You’re so funny,” before abruptly hanging up on me.
When I went into the store to place my order in person, I explained what had happened. The employee, Zoey, laughed again, and another worker came out to take the order. When I told her it was unprofessional to hang up on a customer, she simply stared at me and said, “I’m sorry,” with no further acknowledgment.

The assistant manager named Rachel greeted us with an attitude after we told her we had a coupon to use. We ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 s’mores cookies. In the bag were 2 chocolate chip and 2 macadamia but cookies. I am allergic to nuts so told her this is not what we had ordered and she rolled her eyes slammed the window and said she can’t take them back. We asked for what we ordered and she reluctantly gave them us with a major side of attitude. I will never be returning to this location. I hope that this is seen and something is done...
Read moreThey don't accept legitimate coupons that are valid at any other location. The restaurant was very hot as if the AC was broken or just off on an 82 degree day. The staff was friendly, just very slow. There were only 2 people working. One was refilling teas while the other was trying to make everyone's food...both moving slowly. Probably not their fault but they should have had more people to help them. What should have cost $13 with my coupon was over $25. I don't see any reason not to accept a coupon except a greedy owner which is probably also why their staff is overworked and unappreciated. I will...
