Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Monroe Township

When I ordered through the app, it estimated that my order would be ready in 24 minutes. When I pulled up to the window the app said that my order was ready. When I got to the window, all of my food was ready except the cinnamon rolls. I waited an additional 10-15 minutes for the dessert to be finished. In the meantime, the rest of my food that was already prepared was slowly getting cold. The boneless wings were cold. The pizzas and breadsticks were in a food warmer, but by the time we got to them, they were lukewarm and kind of dried out. Nothing was hot. The food was good, but It was cold. This order was not what I would have expected from Pizza Hut based on past experiences at this store. The folks we dealt with were nice enough and did their best, but the food was nowhere...

After seeing the large sign out front that states, "dine in open" we went and sat in the dining room. Another table of 4 sitting in the dining room had drinks and food. While waiting, several staff members were talking in the back about what they were going to eat. After 5 minutes or so, a woman walked up to our table (after I heard a guy ask her where she was, she started, "on the phone") she stated, "it's carry out only". No sign posted as you walk in. No explanation. Very disappointed in the visit. So off to Applebee's we went for a dine...

If I could give less than one star i would, we waited on drinks for almost 20mins. We got salads. We wanted to order but couldn't because the waitress was doing everything. She was cooking trying to wait on people, and also dealing with checking out carryout. The kitchen staff was messing around and then disappeared for a good 15 mins as the poor waitress was trying to run everything in the whole restaurant. 5 stars to the waitress. 0 Stars to the restaurant and the rest of...
