Eat'n Park — Restaurant in Monroe Township

If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Terrible experience. Restroom was filthy and Noone cared to clean it, there was 1 stall out of order, 1 where someone urinated all over the seat and 1 with blood all over the seat. When it was mentioned to the staff, they said they were busy and would get to it eventually. We waited over 20 minutes when it wasn't very busy with no waitress stopping by to even take our drink order. The people that walked in at the same time as us, were sat near us and they were almost done eating without us even having drinks. When we finally flagged down a waitress, she said she didn't know who our waitress was supposed to be, but she would come back and take our order. Then when she took our order and we went to the salad bar it was disgusting with brown lettuce, and a lot of things not stocked. After trying 1 bite of a pasta salad with a creamy sauce on it from the salad bar, it had a strong rancid flavor to it like it wasn't even kept cold. Even after they took our order, it was more then 10 minutes we were waiting still with no drinks or silverware even. When we got frustrated and finally told them to cancel our order, the manager seemed to not care at all. She said they were short staffed and she was trying to help, but in the over 30 minutes there we never saw her come out on the floor. Wow oh WOW…This was (almost) the BEST Eat n Park I have EVER visited! Let me begin by saying that our waitress was a dream.. she was- first of all: lovely, second of all: took our order in a timely matter. And yeah, that’s it about her… now for the best part.. The FOOD. We unfortunately did not work up that much of an appetite before our arrival, so we settled for some simple but awfully tasty appetizers instead of a full blown meal. It was SO. GOOD. We ordered some deliciously cheesy ones, including mozzarella sticks and fried ravioli, and then one non cheesy delight, batater tots. They each came with their own unique liquid- marinara sauce and ranch. Man oh man I love their ranch… My only complaints for this place… however.. (hence the 4 stars) was that the plate the batater tots arrived on had something peculiar on it.. It was a brown substance.. mysterious, with a dookie looking appearance. We were slightly phased by this mystery, but it didn’t stop our eating. We simply… avoided the bater tots closest to the dookie stain. Well, my partner and I had just finished grocery shopping. We didn't want to cook when we got home. We thought we would grab something to take home to eat. We looked at the menu before we placed our order so, we could just pick it up. First of all, the menu hadn't been updated. I had to change my order because, they didn't have what I wanted. I ordered something else. By the time, I got time I got we got home. We wanted to eat first, while it was hot. We opened up our containers of food. My food wasn't even what I ordered. My side orders had no seasoning whatsoever. Yes, I could've taken it back but, I didn't want to go back out again. We even got a dessert. Whoever made it, didn't make the pie right. It wasn't cooked all the way, it didn't have any spices in it for the pie it was supposed to be. All around, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
