Went in to get a new phone after losing mine. Found out only my brother was made authorized on account when both of us were asked to be made authorized. Told them it was 50 miles round trip to get an authorized person. Was told I could do it on the app and it would ship in a few days. I wanted one sooner so I drove 50 more miles to come back and get a phone. Now I’m told you have to do it on the app and I physically can’t do it or get a phone today none of which was mentioned the first visit today, just suggested to do after I mentioned my drive. So now I sit here typing this after wasting another hour and a half of my day and $10 in gas.
