Thursday morning 930am 9/5/24 I visited the dunkin donut store in monroe on roosevelt like I do every morning. I have never once had poor service here until this morning. Actually, I should say, I've never been treated like an absolute Piece of trash before, as this employee did. I waited at the front counter for about five minutes.As Employee, after employee walk by me without even greeting me getting their donuts.Handling orders whatever. But there's one particular employee, short african american lady.I think she had braids in her hair, Petite walks up to the register directly in front of me And begins pulling off the uber, eats receipts. Now I've been waiting here long before. Even these receipts came through, this woman did not greet me. Did not take my order, didn't even acknowledge my existence. Standing in front of me looking eye to eye when I was waiting before these receipts were even there .... Then under my breath, I say, wow, I can't believe how I was just treated. And the lady turns around and walks over to me and gives me an attitude and a dirty look and says, I'll be with you in a minute. OKAY??? I can't believe that this location would Deal with an employee acting like this. As almost every other employee, i've encountered at this location has always been incredibly polite and courteous. But not only was this lady lacking and insubordinate of her duties as a customer service representative. She was Downright Rude, and then nasty, when somebody points out her terrible attitude. Read moreI honestly would give a lower rating however my experience with one of the managers caused me to give it a little higher rating. There was a time I greatly enjoyed this Dunkin and never had issues. Now, every time I go there's an issue. Two visits back the manager was super kind to fix the issue ye that same visit I got a coffee that wasn't hot (it was on the warmer side of warm just not hot) and the toasted Almond flavor that used to be my favorite was horrible. So today I went in and asked for a medium coffee. The service wasn't great by far, I said I wanted a medium coffee and asked if a regular coffee comes with pumpkin. The lady told me yes. She told me the cost and I wasn't sure why it was that price however I was like I don't feel like bothering with this. When I received my coffee it looked like it had cream so I asked her about it and she assured me it was the pumpkin. That's not a big deal but what was a big deal is it was an iced coffee. I never said iced coffee. I didn't specify hot but if someone tells me they want a regular medium coffee I am not going to give them a cold medium coffee. I had a question the Dunkin app, she had no clue and she didn't even seem interested. My once favorite coffee place has become probably my least favorite. Read moretoday my girlfriend and i went to this dunkin. she did a mobile order and we both got the same drink, a medium iced coffee with 2 cream and 3 caramel, except she got one extra pump of french vanilla. when the man at the window gave her our drinks, hers was completely white with cream. she immediately walked back into the store where she informed the same male that she only wanted two cream. he responded that the way she ordered the drink was the way it was made, although our drinks were two completely different colors. my girlfriend didn’t ask him to remake the drink, just asked for some extra coffee to try and help it because she is a barista and understands how it can feel when someone comes in complaining about a drink. she was incredibly hurt with the tone she was spoken to with. the man walked over to another woman who told my girlfriend that she would need to use the kiosk and order more coffee. frustrated, my girlfriend walked outside in tears and poured out the drink before i could go inside and try to resolve it. i hope these employees can learn to speak to customers with kindness when they are the ones that are messing up the drink. she comes to this dunkin all the time and gets that same drink and has never been...
