I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic restaurant that left me thoroughly impressed with its delicious gyros and impeccable service. From start to finish, my experience at this establishment was nothing short of exceptional, earning it a well-deserved five-star rating.

The gyro meat needs to be shaved thinner after being browned on the outside. I found it to not have any flavor.

The gyro salad was soaked/marinated in vinegar and had a white sauce on top that was disgusting with the wilted, soaking wet lettuce full of vinegar. I love Greek cucumber sauce (taszseiki sauce), but not as a flavor cover-up. There was no sign of Greek cheese, unless it was blended in the over abundance of nasty white sauce that was so over bearing with all the vinegar. It was impossible to taste the salad or meat. But after tasting the gyro meat on my husband's gyro, it is clear that it has absolutely no flavor and explains why they over compensate with all the sauces & vinegar.

The Greek fries were soggy and also ruined with sauce drenched on top. No sign of Greek cheese, which is preferred with garlic on the fries, as Greek fries and a side of dipping sauce, so one can have a choice for how to eat them.

I suggest the owners eat at Bella Balducci's, which is next to Ben Franklin's. There they mastered Greek fries and their gyros are superior, even though I do not care for the chunks of meat. (I prefer thinly sliced, browned meat.)

Please put the sauces on the side, so that the food isn't ruined and made inedible!!!

I was so excited to see this Gyro Stop, hoping for good gyros, but as it is now, Bella Balducci's is much better. So disappointing. I hope it gets better!!!

For a superior gyro, please go the Chicago Gyros located in Lynnwood, WA. I sincerely wish your business the best & hope to try again, after you make some improvements.
