Went here on May 6th 2025 at 11:30pm and the guy working the drive through was extremely rude. When i got to the window to pay i thought it was 39 something so i handed him 40$ , instead of kindly pointing out that i didnt give him enough money he screamed “FOURTY NINE SOMETHING” while rolling his eyes at me, after the shock of him yelling at me subsided i handed him another 20$, he gave me my change and walked away from the window and after what seemed like forever he hands me 2 bags of food, looks at his screen and asks for the bags back, i hand him the bags and he stares at his screen some more and then hands me back those 2 bags and says “enjoy that” in a tone that seems to be judging the amount we ordered ( we are a family of 8) and walks away before i could say that we still needed the munchie meal we ordered , a little later he comes back to the window and hands me a box and a bag and when he noticed it was still me he screamed “ WHAT ARE YOU STILL DOING HERE” . I handed him back the food he just handed me and told him im still here because i still havent received the munchie meal to which he rolls his eyes saying “are you sure” and then he walks over and sees that the munchie meal food was still over where they serve it up and packs it up and hands it to me without saying “sorry” or “my bad” and stands there just staring with an angry face. My sister had a similar experience with same worker like a week or so ago! Safe to say we will no longer be ordering food from or eating at this...
Read moreCame here today ordered $20 worth of food, ordered soda and two large waters, and were charged $3.18 for the water. We were not told when ordering in the Drive-Thru that the water was a charge, it was when we got up to the window and noticed a charge of $3.18 for two val flavor packs, and ask what the charge was that she told us she was charging us for the water. That should have been told to us when we were at the drive through window ordering, we order large waters at every Jack in the box we go to and have always gotten them for free, on the rare occasion we have been charged they tell us at the window that there is a charge and what the charge is going to be and it has never been over a dollar for two usually it's $0.50. by the time we got to the window and asked what we were being charged for and told it was water we canceled our entire $20 order. If charging somebody $3.18 for water is more important than making a $20 sale you lost our business for good. And I would encourage anybody ordering from this Jack in The box and ordering water to check your receipt to see how much they're charging you for, again we were not told that we were being charged for water. And for the record had we been told we were being charged for water when we ordered we would have canceled the water but kept...
Read moreSo, picture this delightful experience: I pull up to a Jack in the Box, and it’s as empty as can be. Not a single customer around, just three employees and me. I place my order, get my drink, and then I’m asked to pull around and park. Now, keep in mind, there’s absolutely no one behind me and no one inside. But hey, who needs logic when you can follow a rule for the sake of it? I politely say no a couple of times, because, really, what’s the point? And then, in an incredible twist, the guy decides that since I won’t move, he’s just going to refuse service altogether. But instead of just giving me the food that’s ready, he hands me a $20 bill and tells me to keep the change while his coworker is literally bringing the bag of food to the window. So, instead of using a bit of common sense and handing me my order, I get a refund and a baffling experience. If the owner ever wonders why business is slow, maybe start with the fact that turning away the only customer for no logical reason might not be the best approach. Just a friendly suggestion!
Funny thing I had a five star review on this place I left five years ago. Change of stars it is won’t be coming...
