Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Monroe

I haven't been in a Starbucks in a while and I choose this one because it was convenient for me. It wasn't all that busy there. Two people inside having a lovely conversation and three barristas - 2 up front and 1 in the back. I wasn't greeted when I came in, nor was I helped. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes watching the girls talk, asked if I could get some help and listened to them keep talking. It would have been nice to be acknowledged, even with just a moment or something. So I walked out. Tonight I came in right before close, and didn't know that, as I thought this location closed at 10pm like most Starbucks in the area. The barista made several rude comments about it being close to closing time and rolled her eyes and scoffed. All I wanted was to get a gift card and K-Cups.
