Product was good but customer service was a -10! I messaged the shop to see if I could purchase some chai powder. I was able to purchase it and they were going to ship it to me. I then found out I was going to be in the area and said I would pick it up. When I went to the shop and paid via credit card I accidentally pulled my card to soon unbeknown to me and the transaction didnāt go through. The cashier said I was good to go. Walking out to my vehicle I hear my name being called through the drive thru window saying my card hadnāt gone through. I immediately went back and paid for the tea, the cashier said ādonāt worry about it this happens all the time!ā I did not open the box until I got home which is 6 hours away. When I did open it only half of the order was there. I messaged them immediately. What happened next was just appalling to me! First the person I was communicating with, and Iām going to assume it was a very burnt out owner, said I switch the chai tea to another jar. Stated they donāt use Kerr jars only Mason jars, like Iām going to take the time to run to a store and buy a different brand of jar to switch it! Then she said āthe barista who rang you up said you tried to leave without paying and she had to yell at you to come back and payā. Iām 64, have had 2 back surgeries and 2 foot surgeries I seriously doubt I tried to run out without paying. Then she went on to say the lid was dirty and the jar had no tag on it even though I sent her pictures of the tag that was attached to the jar. Then she stated āthe fact that several remember you specifically as trying to leave without paying is telling meā. There were 2 people working and 2 customers behind me. Another lie. After reading other comments on google I'm not at all surprised by the remarks, whoever this is a burnt out, negative person and needs to realign themselves and find their happy place which clearly is not...

The coffee dose not taste the same as last year. They must have changed suppliers because my iced americano is not as strong anymore. I love the coffee taste and usually order with no creamer. On a bad day I'll get 4 shots and on a good day 2 or 3 depending how long I'm planning to be in the office. I ordered an iced americano this morning and it was week (af), VERY disappointed. I have noticed the potency is less then last few times I ordered the same coffee. I relied on getting my caffeine fix on them for years, they were the best around lake Tye area. BUT now they gave me a watered down iced americano that tastes more like 1 shot of espresso. They lost a loyal customer today....

It's because they change them to rip you off on the regular. Even the employees have said the pricing is crazy and all over the map, changing often. Presumably to take advantage of you - the customer. Go someplace else. Get more for your money and be able to leave a tip. I've talked to employees that left this place for other local stands. They make way better tips and have happier customers. Paesanos doesn't just screw the customers but their employees with the egregious...
