Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Monroe

There’s a lot of disgusting stuff that goes on behind the curtains.. the supervisor is a joke, she’ll slander half of her employees and then fire them the first chance she gets. I’ve witness people being fired after being in an accident or for calling her “ma’am”. The owner allows black and moldy food to be kept much longer than its shelf life. EX: a black tomato was cut nearly into quarters to perserve a single piece. Tony has no actual respect for the quality of the food. When the Makeline was broken ( as it normally is because their cheap) he would have his employees continue to make food while people worked on the makeline even sending sawdust into a customers pizza. The unfortunate person even had to acknowledge the unsanitary actions taking places and demand a refund because they wouldn’t make his pizza somewhere cleaner. They joke about customers with celiac who ask for new gloves on a gluten free pizza. THEY HAVE EVEN SENT SKMEONE TO THE HOSPITAL for contamination. The crew is made up of underage kids who pocket all the tips and the black shirts are closeted alcoholics. The Manager has brought her kid into the establishment on multiple occasions and has even let her ex boyfriend into the back of the mukilteo store to help close and he ended up leaving the dough totes open causing a lot of food waste. I’ve even witnessed the manager letting an old employee behind the counter to make her own pizza.When the hot water tank burst into flames no one was allowed to leave and they continued to work under the unsanitary...

UPDATE: As you can see the owner reached out and asked for my information to contact me. I completed the form and provided my feedback. Guess what.....NO RESPONSE that was 4 weeks ago and still nothing! This place is hopeless avoid this location as they are all talk and no action .

I’ve tried many times to use this location and every single time it’s been bad. My order is either not made at all or half missing or when I get it it’s wrong or it’s missing components for the dessert. I tried calling to express my displeasure in the service and my experiences, and I don’t know what they can genuinely do and express that to them and they just hung up. I will not give this location any more business whatsoever and if they’re corporate owned, I will not do business with Papa Murphy’s ever again. When you get two pizzas that are $50 you’d expect that they would do it correctly and at least do it with a smile. I even gave a $10 tip in my order thinking that would be motivation to get it correct and on time but that failed and when I called to complain, there was no sympathy there was no empathy. There was no apology completely horrible...

My wife ordered a salad and pizza for me to pick up. The staff there forgot to give me the salad. So my wife called to get a refund on the salad and the teenage employee was apologetic but refused to give us a refund over the phon e. I own a business and I know that what he said isn't true. They can give a refund. He offered us our refund when we come in again, but that doesn't work for us we dont want to have to keep track this incident for them. They inconvenienced us not the other way around. I am sure another pizza place would go above and beyond to make it right. Also the management hasn't been very understanding when we forgot our coupons at home before, and they dont seem to really care about the repeat business that they enjoy here in monroe. The owner hides behind his teenage staff. They dont know what to do and they can't be held responsible. We asked for a phone call from the owner and sadly no phone call.
