Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Monroe

My Mom and myself took our 3 granddaughters to the dentist in Monroe last month. They all decided to eat at Raising Cane’s in Monroe, LA. We all entered and each granddaughter ordered and they are aged 12, 10 and 8 yrs. old. My Mom is great grandmother. So we got our food fairly quick and my oldest granddaughter ordered a larger size. While eating it she noticed it had black and red stuff(I don’t know what it was but it didn’t look appitizing..) so the 8 year old took it to the front and they said it was......”membranes”! Really? This is s first for me! They eat chicken at just about every restaurant we eat at including Applebee’s, McDonald’s, Sonic, and all the others and this was a first! I couldn’t eat anymore of it after that and neither could anyone else even though after they said membranes were in it and gave her more which she would not eat so the dogs got it when we got home. I rarely complain especially for a company that I know started in Baton Rouge, LA which is where my favorite college is.....LSU 🐯 TIGERS! 💜💛💜💛 I think we will skip on it next time. Cause this was a crazy explanation to me and it was not cheap at all with 2 adults and 3 girls 12 and under.?Sorry, but please try to correct this because we do eat at Popeyes Chicken and have never had a problem! How hard is it to make chicken and fries? It’s literally the ONLY thing you have, and yet somehow you manage to screw my order up EVERY TIME. You undercook my food every time, so I ask for extra crispy chicken and fries. Both my fries and chicken look like they’re hardly even cooked YET AGAIN. Not only did the person repeat “Is that all?!” Multiple times back to back in the rudest voice, but the person at the window completely ignored us. Terrible customer service and terrible food quality. ALL YOU MAKE IS CHICKEN AND FRIES. It shouldn’t be such a hassle to fry my food an extra minute or two, much less to the correct temperature. Also, stop advertising chicken “tenders” when all you sell now are chicken NUGGETS. I will not be coming back and I’ll damn sure be spreading...

So I pull up just before 6 and the girl is putting cones up not allowing me to get in the drive through lane. Then she proceeds to tell me they are closed while there are literally cars who have yet to even order, in the drive through line but she tells me she can't help me and there's nothing she can do. I'm one person who orders a dang kids meal so to turn me away as if I'm a major problem for them while "trying to close"? Not believing it at all. I work for a huge franchise chicken restaurant and we would never turn 1 single person away. Ever. The girl was rude and chose not to help when she very well could have bc they weren't closed. This is the 5th time in a row that I've had a terrible experience at this very location. I'm done...
