Chipotle Monroeville,Pa Where do I begin. I placed an order online, confirmation said order would be ready at 4:30, I went near by kohl to pick up clothes, stoped at aldi purchased 3- 4 items. By this time my arrival at Chipotle was 40 mins pass the time my food was said to be ready. My son(17) went in to retrieve from take out rack, No Food he text me from in store and said they told him it was not ready. 10 mins ltr he comes out with bag of food, which I took the time to check. EVERY single food entry was incorrect, from added toppings, to missing toppings also missing 4 items from order. I took the bag to counter and told the young man my entire order was incorrect and some items I ordered were missing, giving him all the food and the receipt. Literally 10 mins ltr one of the ladies said I'll make it all for you, I'm like are you kidding me, I standing in line now, which was the point of ordering on line a entire hour after the website said my food would be ready for pickup. As my food is being prepared she starts adding beans to all of my bowl orders, I said none of my orders have beans she started to debate me abruptly stopped when I offered up the copy of the order from my phone, with more attitude " what protein" after I Specifically said chicken atleast 2x..at this point I went whole Karen, is there someone I can speak to about a refund...Ms Keli? says whats the problem I'm the shift manager.I said wait you mean to tell me I've been here with this for 1/2hr and your not aware of my issue.I explained the entire issue she said to go back to website contact [ pepper] for refund since my card was used online line. After all that I still the the store with missing food items, toppings no silverware and store had no Queso..gave me two small chips when I had ordered 1 LG and 1 sm...contacted pepper which is totally automated and was offered a complimentary order of chips and side my next visit which by the would have to be in 7 days because that offer would expire...What a joke never recieved an apology and was treated like I was inconveniencing them with my attempt to correct their mistakes...Never again will they get my business...Check your order if you patronage this location.I would give them -0 if I could. The Coporate office will be...
Read moreI wish I had the option to give this place 0 stars but unfortunately the lowest rating I can give is a 1. This place is no where near a 1 star review. We stopped at this location on our way back home from a 12 hour roadtrip, all I wanted was a delicious burrito from chipotle. We walked into the location and 1 they had no fajita vegetables and 2 no vinaigrette, already at a bad start. The floors and tables … absolutely ATROCIOUS. There was food all over the tables floor was sticky it was just horrible. Do not even get me started on the food station… It was horrendous. If you have allergies or if you can get sick from cross contamination i definitely do not recommend coming to this location. There was every type of meat juice dripping all over the counters, dried up queso, shriveled up pieces of corn, just absolutely horrendous. It genuinely hurt my soul seeing that the side of my tortilla touched the counter as it slid across. I was amazed I didn't get some type of disease like E coli or salmonella from how filthy that counter was. Then not to mention, there was no soda machine or ice, your only option was room temperature lemonade or over priced bottled drinks. And the bathroom?? Lord I don’t even want to talk about what I saw in there. I walked in and IMMEDIATELY walked back out. And this is specifically to the person that wrapped my burrito… please consider working at a different place, clearly working at chipotle is not your specialty. As soon as I picked up my burrito it completely fell apart it was honestly the last straw to this whole experience. My entire day was ruined. I genuinely do not know how this place passed inspection after what I saw that evening. I love chipotle so much and its honestly one of my favorite food places but after my experience here.. may not be my favorite anymore. It is such a shame honestly.
By the way I am not a Karen by any means but I do not play when it comes to my chipotle & I have never had such a horrible experience...
Read moreI give 3 stars because they are fast, delivery is reliable, and the food is good. It's unfortunate that you can't leave notes via the online ordering, because I would like to leave a reminder for this restaurant to stop forgetting folks chips, sides, and beverages.
I'm not sure who reviews the order tickets for accuracy, but they could use some coaching and training. This location, routinely, forgets multiple items from orders, from kids drinks, to small and large chip bags, to fruit, to salsas. The customer service folks do a tremendous job at reimbursing us for these items, but I've had to use the service 5 times.
I hope whoever reads this there, if they bother to, reminds the staff to complete orders, even the things that seem small. I know it's fast paced, but perhaps that could be a potential hire for this location?
They are doing their best during a pretty strenuous time, and I applaud them for their entree accuracy, but if that's where their efficiency ends, then maybe this location shouldn't offer sides?
Good luck to you all and hopefully, this part of the service can improve. Thanks.
Update: I wrote this review after placing a order and want to say that the only thing missing was a kids fruit. Given there's a pandemic, it might be something that didn't arrive at this location, and that's okay.
But I'd also like to ask, why y'all hate us? While inventory and cost efficiency is a managerial concern that gets passed on to workers, that shouldn't mean "skimping." I hope that some coaching and training can be done with line employees, because barely any lettuce, and two strips of red onion, does not a salad with fajita veggies make. Please help accommodate your workers and put in some extra effort with them so they can feel appreciated enough to do satisfactory work. With as many complaints as I've read, it really does start at the...
