My experience is usually great for the most part. I've had a few experience were im not happy but overall it's due to certain employees. I have gone to this location so long that I seem to know a few faces and always have a great experience with them no matter what. Yesterday September 26, 2020, had me upset enough that I have write a review. I understand dealing with customers are not always great but if you don't have patience than dont work in the field. Im in the drive thru and complete my usual order of 3 to 4 drinks on my own. I usually receive a carrier but Yesterday they did not have any available i was bewildered a little due to not have enough room to place in vehicle due to already having a cup of water. But I compromised and informed the young lady that was the shift supervisor, im going to throw out my water right here by the car, as I was done with dumping my water and grabbing one of the drinks, she informed me you are not allowed to throw things out and the next time drive up, I explained to her I did inform that it was water and she gave a me look and as I was grabbing my last drink she said bye and I realized I didn't pay and began to think what is wrong with her is it free, lol! She than opened the window and said you need to pay. I informed her I was wondering why you were telling me bye but I guess The shift supervisor was young and I did not get her name fully, it was Elysa if im correct. Read moreI am so shocked with how i was treated here. I went to go in and try and get an iced American dry and the girl that works drive thru the one with acne and grown out dark roots and that wears glasses was so unprofessional. She laughed at me because i said American instead of "americano" then as i was driving away she says "you know i can still hear you" so as i pull forward i ask who was on the headphone and she says "if you have a problem you can say it to my face" This place is so unprofessional. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Then i ask to speak with the manager and the manager is like 4'9 staring at the whole thing going down and does not step in to control her employee. Seriously who is hiring these people and leaving them in charge for the company to just fail. Customer service here is horrible. Like i get it if your unhappy at your work place and unhappy within yourself then go find another job and do something with your life instead of letting out your unhappiness and bitterness to the customers. Read moreI’ve had poor customer service here two days in a row. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful both times, which really affected the experience. I usually enjoy Coffee Bean, but this location needs serious improvement in how it treats customers.
5/9 update: I received an email stating I would receive a free drink because of my experience, i accepted it and was thankful and did not hear from them again, there was no coupon no code for me use I checked my app and nothing!
