I was a little disappointed with the service. They were running a cleaning special during the time I went. My husband went and told me about it. I decided to check it out. The facility is nice. The front desk assistant was courteous. I paid the cleaning fee upfront. Upon examination/x-rays it turned out I needed a deep clean, which no surprise there given how long it had been since my last cleaning. I had 4 teeth that were going to be problematic in terms of a standard cleaning. I got all that. So the recommendation was I come back for a deep cleaning (which I can't exactly remember the cost...maybe around $2k). Because I had already paid for a general cleaning, I inquired about cleaning the rest of my teeth. I was told that a general cleaning wouldn't really address the 4 problem areas. I got that, but the rest of my teeth could have benefited from the cleaning. Instead of refunding my money and discussing a possible future plan going forward, the dentist said that they would use the fee I paid as a "Credit" towards a deep cleaning when I returned. That didn't sit well with me. So they "polished" my teeth instead. What good would a polish do for teeth needing to be cleaned? It just felt like a "just do something to satisfy her and justify her paying us" kind of gesture. I don't believe they were running a scam or anything, but the dentist really didn't take the time to listen to me and just kind of made decisions for me and assumptions that I would even be back. It was my first time there. I walked out feeling disempowered, talked over, and belittled. I just think they could have handled things better. I can't speak for the work though. Dr. Refela AkA: (BEAST) meaning she knows her stuff! Ever since I switch dentist's and came across Dr. Refela she's been taking care of my and my family's teeth's.

You can tell that she takes pride in what she does and is serious about taking care of your teeth, she's very gentle and considerate when she's doing work on you, she's constantly asking "how are you doing?" Which makes one feel more at ease since a lot hate going to the dentist. Dr. Refela is a little different than most dentists out there, I've been through some where you're just a number to them, they just want you in and out and not to say they do not explained anything to you.

Dr. Refela explains everything she will do to you, the cons/pros of procedures and she will recommend what's best for you. She'll take her time with you and never rush her work, she'll listen to what you have to say, that is why I like going to her, I know the job will get done right and I'll leave there with a smile. A lot of dental places love to overcharge their patients and try to sell them things they really don't need, here I've noticed they are very affordable and never try to sell you things you don't need.

Their equipment, office and rooms are always cleaned! Their office always smells good too. As for the staff as well very friendly in person and over the phone, unlike other offices where the front staff is rude not here really friendly all of them front and back staff they all make you feel welcome.

My husband and I get anxiety going to a dentist. Our old dentist constantly charged us for services that were never done; over priced; long wait even if it was just for cleaning (no less than 2 hours); and awful bed side manner.

Last year, a friend recommended us this Dental clinic. The receptionist was very pleasant and patient when I made an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I walked in and the office was clean, like new. Dr. Refela introduced herself and went on with the procedure. My teeth are not the prettiest, but she made sure I understood the procedures being done. She used visuals as she thoroughly explained what was happening to my teeth. During check-up, she made sure the water she used on me were warm enough to not feel any sensitivity. Dr. Refela was very mindful about her patient's need. My first root canal was a good experience, too. The specialist was just as awesome! Many people have said there's pain after, not me.
