So we ordered a combo that included chili cheese fries and found GLASS pieces in our fries that ended up in my partners mouth. Upon calling multiple times there were no answers so I had to drive over to consult. Upon pulling up to the drive thru one of the employees answered and I explained to her what happened. She stated that she was the one in charge. Instead of being APOLOGETIC she said “that’s fine. You can pull up to the window” I did not catch her name but I will follow up and disclose her name later. So instead of her being “the one in charge” coming to the window she sent an employee by the name of “Kevin”to the window. Or that’s the name he gave me at least. He disclosed to me that their warmers have bulbs. But that when he checked nothing was obstructed and he doesn’t understand how it could have gotten in our food. So clearly if he felt that was a possible source it had to be the source. HOW ELSE WOULD IT BE IN THERE. so he took pictures of the box because I was not going to leave it to him since clearly they will want to cover themselves. He refunded us back for the fries. Then I asked if the fries were apart of a meal he said yes I then said then you guys need to refund us for the meal we ordered. He stated that his manager “Emma” said we could only be refunded for the fries. So EMMA feels that feeding us glass of which not just us but OUR CHILDREN were eating is only worth 3$. It’s not even the money it’s having the decency to at least show some type of remorse. But did they? No. They DID NOT CARE. Upon asking Kevin to let Emma know that it was ridiculous for her to think 3$ is okay for feeding us glass and that I will be talking to corporate and filing a complaint? He had NERVE to tell me that he was not going to relate the message and that I could go the following day at 4 pm when Emma is not busy to let her know. I was outraged! He shut the window on me and walked away as I drove off I saw him showing the pictures to another lady through the window. These people are ridiculous and unprofessional. I dont understand how they feel it is not endangering lives by feeding us glass. I will definitely be taking it up to corporate and if they do not handle the situation properly then we don’t have a problem filing a lawsuit. The easiest way to know we are telling the truth is by putting us on a lie detector and we will definitely do it if needed. Read moreI went in to buy food because it was so good a day before. I believed they had great customer service. It seems like not everyone is the same. I got over charged 46.65 then the cashier said it would be in my bank account right away but instead she charged me again. Then someone else came and supposedly tried to refund my money but that it would take 3-5 days. Why would I have to wait for my money? When the mistake was on the first cashier? Then I had to pay again out of my pocket which in the end they ended charging me 79.74 for a 33.29 meal. What a service! I don’t think I’ll ever recommend this place because of the terrible service. I should have gone to another restaurant that actually care about their customers, with the way they service them and not screw them over. They should have personnel that knows how to do there job and not take peoples hard earned money. Read moreThe other night my boyfriend and I were strolling up and down the streets trying to figure out what to eat. We then decided to go to wienerschnitzel. Having no idea what time they close we drove into the drive thru and the worker was SO RUDE. First of all, I spend more than a minute trying to figure out why no one was answering me. I could see through their window that a worker was starring right at us, but didn't even bother to answer back to us. After a while she then signaled us to drive ahead, so i did having in mind that she probably couldn't hear us. Therefore, i stopped at the window and the worker didn't even acknowledge us she kept looking down as if we weren't even there, and that is when I saw their opening hours and it was 12:02 when they close @ 12:00. I completely understand we came a tad bit late, but she could've had some common courtesy and told us the moment we tried ordering that they were closed. I continuously kept saying "hello" when I first drove in to order. Obviously I didn't know the time they closed, she could've AT LEAST said "I'm sorry, we're closed" rather than completely ignoring us. Terrible...
