The Good... Sauces of the cold noodles are individualized for customer personal taste. The spiciness is the lamb hamburger was decent. The bean jelly seasoning is good.

The Bad... The cold noodles seemed a day old... Thicker version of flat rice noodles. The bread of the "hamburger" definitely need work. It was not airy or soft, unless they were going for traditional flat bread. The bean jelly is VERY greasy.

The Meh... The cold noodles are dandan mian with different noodles, that's all. Parking is impossible.

The Conclusion... Definitely not a fan... Unless these high reviews are from owner's friends; or people have particular tastes; or they resting the hot stuff, this place is not recommended by me. Good luck to the owners to revamp the...

This place is “F” ing good👍definitely you want go back. as a Chinese was grow up in china, I can say this place really legit, the lady doesn’t speak much even in Chinese, but you can tell they’re decent people and nice. The menu looks simple and forgot mark which is spicy (cause I don’t like spicy) but food is really yum, I’m not mean a lot seasoning “tasty” not like enjoy at the moment but want a lot water later, it’s flavorful and well seasoned in a good standard, no matter U want “ homie” or “restaurant” them food consider really good for me. I don’t know west part of Chinese food that good to tell if them food is “authentic”! But pretty much and it’s 👍 “good”. I can eat it every day that...

I have mixed feelings because I’ve ordered 4 dishes from this place and 3 were fine but 1 was extremely bad. I ordered the you pao mian, sao zi mian, and the beef noodle soup and all of them were pretty decent. But the liangpi I ordered was extremely bitter. There’s another google review of this place where a lady ordered the liangpi and complained about it being bitter, and in the video she posted the chef came out to throw hands. I ordered the liangpi to see if she was right, and yeah she was. It was gross. How do you screw up liangpi? It’s so easy to make.
