I always pass by this starbucks on the way to and from work. I finally decided to stop in yesterday morning. It was a drive thru, so I ordered a grande summer skies beverage without raspberry pearls. I’m not much of a fan of the pearls. I wasn’t sure if they had it since it was a seasonal drink but then I saw their signs advertising it. I felt more confident about ordering since I know that it would be available at this store.The barista was understanding and extremely friendly. She had a cheerful personality even at 8:00 am in the morning. I drove over to the pick up menu and they This starbucks is very convenient as it’s located right before the highway. It also has a parking lot and clear directions as to where the drive thru is. The place looks clean and the staff look welcoming. They greeted me with a smile and I went on about my day. The summer skies beverage is to die for! I would say it’s comparable to the pink drink, except blue version. It tastes like blackberry and blueberry mixed together. It does have 50 mg of caffeine so be careful if you want to sleep! It took me a while to head to bed, but nonetheless it was a super refreshing drink for lovely...
Read moreSomething has changed at this location in the past year, it seems since they got renovated. It is the closest location to my house & errands so I have tried it sooo many times now, just hoping they improve and it was a one-off. The one near where I work is always 100% perfect. So I know it’s possible. Well over 50% of the time I order here, the drink tastes flavorless, or like it’s missing flavoring, syrup or powder. The coffee tasted burnt the other morning which was a new issue. Other times, it tastes like just milk and ice with no coffee. And I only ever order espresso drinks. I have asked them at first to remake it (about 3 different occasions now) and when they do it turns out perfectly! So I am reallly not sure what is happening, rushing, new employees, I have no idea. The service is terrible compared to other locations. None of the times I have asked them to remake the drink they have given me a service recovery card for a free drink. After waiting 25+ minutes at one location, I decided to try going to a new location five minutes down the road thinking something will change. no surprise, nothing changed at all and I have still been waiting at the new choice of location for 15+ minutes again. I cannot imagine it being this hard to take an order and make a drink. People will be waiting at the drive-through window for 5+ minutes just to receive one drink, this place puts way too much ice in the drinks, even when asking for light ice it is honestly a disgrace, and I don’t even know what to consider this place at this point. If you’re looking to get anything from food, to special drinks, please take your business elsewhere, unless you want to be the most unhappy human being ever. I mean no disrespect (I do mean all the disrespect possible) when I say that you should not bring your business here....
