DO NOT EAT AT THIS CANES! First I see This Canes location in Moore does not read its own reviews like the other Cane’s locations because they don’t respond back to the CUSTOMER REVIEW like the other locations do. That’s poor owner/management!! Moore has the WORST Canes location in the city! Cannot believe how the employees treat the customers besides the manager on duty, Matt!. But Matt needs to control these employees because it is showing in service and food preparation. Ordered two meals with extra sauce. Even went inside to order and not drive thru. They were not busy at all but it took forever to get my food via inside ordering. I specifically asked for extra sauce and paid for it and when they handed me my bag I asked again to the guy with long hair behind the counter “is my extra sauce in the bag” and he said YES. I get in the car and we are about to pull out and I checked my bag and NO EXTRA sauce. The cane’s employee lied to me!! We turned around and go back into to get my extra sauce. AND I am telling you this place maybe had two or three customers inside sitting down eating. The two young goofy looking guys behind the register had the “I don’t care attitude” going on and so smug. When I said I didn’t get my extra sauce the kid just looked at me and gave me my extra PAID FOR sauce. That’s it!!! Unbelievable the attitude!! But it’s not over yet! We get home, which is not close to this Canes and they totally screwed our orders up. Shorting us FOUR chicken tenders!!! So my wife called the restaurant and spoke to on duty manager Matt and you could literally hear the employees, in the background, goofing off and yelling so loudly that you could not hear what manager Matt was saying to my wife. I ask, “Who’s in control at this Canes?”, the manger or the monkey employees!! Absolutely poor service by the employees. Matt the manager was respectful and professional to us and resolved the problem. But I believe in “leadership by example”. So Matt word of advice “get control of your employees because they will take you down with them even if you are their manager!” They obviously are taking advantage of your leniency which is resulting into poor customer service and lazy, “I don’t care attitudes” employees. Read moreWent to Caines today, ordered 4 box combos...because of it being a large order they told me to pull around and wait. I waited for about 10 minutes then a young girl came out with an attitude and handed me a single box of food, I proceeded to tell her ma'am I had 4 box combos. She said well this is what was given to me to give to you, and I said no ma'am. She storm off, without saying anything to me. I got out my car, and as I was coming to the counter she proceeds to lie to her supervisor or manager that I yield at her, unknowingly to her I was standing at the counter listening to her lie on me. I said sir I never screamed or yield at her, she looked up shocked and ran to back of restaurant..I proceeded to tell the manager all I told her is I had a 4 combos not one..and told the manager I didn't appreciate being lied on, saying I yield at that young girl. Read moreLove Raising Cane's, drive-thru experience is always great. Dining room though is questionable. Whenever I've had issues with my food they have been very accommodating but for me about four out of five visits to the lobby the staff is not very friendly and on a couple occasions outright rude. I've worked in food service for over three years and I know for a fact that it is not that hard to be nice to customers. Whenever I've been able to crack up a conversation with the cashier it has been an awesome and eye-opening experience, but when all I can get is an eyeroll and a simple mistake like not giving me the extra sauce that I paid for it makes me never want to come back. Not to mention how the tables in the lobby are routinely filthy.
